Abstract

The objective of the present invention is to provide a push pump capable of accurately discharging a predetermined amount of a liquid, and a packaging container. A non-return valve 40 is provided in a suction port 14 of a distal end portion of a cylinder mechanism 10 of a push pump 1. The non-return valve 40 comprises: a cylindrical body portion 41; a conical nozzle portion 42 provided above the body portion 41 in an axial direction; and a flow-through port 43 formed in a top portion, in the axial direction, of the nozzle portion 42. The non-return valve 40 is fitted coaxially from the nozzle portion 42 into the suction port 14 of the distal end portion of the cylinder mechanism 10, allows passage of the liquid as a result of the flow-through port 43 opening in one direction, from the body portion 41 side toward the nozzle portion 42 side, while preventing the passage of the liquid as a result of the flow-through port 43 closing in the opposite direction, from the nozzle portion 42 side toward the body portion 41 side.
