COLLISION POST FOR A RAILWAY VEHICLE COACH AND RAILWAY VEHICLE COACH
The invention relates to a collision post (1) for a railway vehicle coach (2), which includes a central body (4), in which: the central body (4) is hinged by the upper end thereof to an upper supporting means (5), intended for being attached to the structure of the coach (2) by the upper portion thereof; and the central body (4) is hinged by the lower end thereof to a lower supporting means (8) which projects towards the rear, intended for being attached to the structure of the coach (2) by the lower portion thereof.
The invention relates to an energy absorption system (1) for the caboose of railway vehicles, which is coupled to the rear part of the structure (9) of the caboose and which comprises a coupling (8) for connecting railway cars, wherein said coupling (8) can absorb energy by means of non-elastic deformation. The system also comprises: a T-beam (2) including a longitudinal portion (3) having an inner housing (5) and a front transverse portion; shear bolts (7) which secure the longitudinal portion (3) of the T-beam (2) to the structure (9) of the car; and energy absorption means (6) secured to the structure (9) of the car and to the front transverse portion (4) of the T-beam (2), such that the coupling (8) is secured in the inner housing (5) in the longitudinal portion (3) of the T-beam (2).
Axle box (1) for train wheelsets and bogies, that consists in a housing within which are mounted bearings (3) of rolling shaft (2) of the wheelset, and which comprises a bushing with threaded holes (12) on which bearings (3) are supported, which is an inner metallic bushing (6). It further comprises outer metallic bushing (8) in such a way that between inner metallic bushing (6) and outer metallic bushing (8) a rubber with anisotropic properties (11) is attached by vulcanisation with independent rigidities in two radial directions perpendicular to each other. In addition it comprises lateral axial rings (7) and further comprises at least one supplement (9) in the form of a partial ring fixed to the outer bushing (8), in such a way that it is inserted between said bushing and the cradle of the wheelset chassis.
Devices for moving the buffers (8) of the coaches or wagons of railway vehicles with bogies in curves and railway vehicle coach with bogies. The devices are arranged in a hollow inside the frame of the bogies on the side edges of which there are as many buffers (9, 10) and which houses a part (4) protruding beneath the coach. In one embodiment, on the front edge of the hollow inside the frame (1) of the bogie there is a pair of joints (11) from which extend backwards individual bars (5, 6) that are connected to as many sliders (7) by means of joints. The sliders (7) can be moved on guides on the respective side faces of the part (4) protruding beneath the coach, the sliders (7) being wedge-shaped with a guide located on their surface forming an inclined plane. The buffers (8) of the coach are attached, by their respective internal faces, to the guides situated on the respective sliders (7); the buffers (8) of the coach are connected together by transversal joining means (15).
Improved variable-width bogie with rotating axles which comprises: a railway carriage support platform; at least one rotating axle (2) which includes in its outer zones support parts (10) for the suspension springs (11) of said platform on which two wheels (1) are mounted by means of a coupling device which allows lateral displacement thereof and which has, joined together, locking guides (18) by means of which said lateral displacement is controlled so as to be situated in positions corresponding to the two track widths; and a track-width change-over device housed in a tubular part (29) joined to the platform and mounted on the inner side of the rotating axle (2) based on the co-operation of said locking guides (18) and a lock (22) displaceable vertically upon being actuated by keying/release guides (24) provided in a switching system.
The invention relates to devices for moving the buffers of articulated cars of railway vehicles travelling on a curve. The devices are disposed between two adjoining cars (6, 6') articulated by a transversely centred coupling or linkage (12), said cars (6, 6') including a front-end projecting element (9) which is joined to the coupling or linkage (12) extending from the rear end of the next car. In all embodiments of the invention, as the buffers (3) move sideways under the action of skids (2) or other means towards the centre of the curve at the part of the device closest to the wheels (7) on the inner part of the curve, the sideways movement of the car into the curve is limited as the buffers (3) come into contact with the corresponding surface of the wheel set, obstructing the sideways movement of the car.
The invention relates to a variable-width bogie with rotating axles and a stationary apparatus for changing track width. The bogie includes: a platform supporting a railway car; at least one rotating axle (2), the outer areas of which include parts (10) that support the suspension springs (11) of the platform and contain bearings (12) on which two wheels (1) are mounted using a coupling device enabling sideways movement and including locking guides (18) connected thereto, which locking guides are used to control the sideways movement in order to occupy the positions corresponding to the two track widths; and a track width changing device housed in the above-mentioned supporting parts (10), based on the cooperating action of the locking guides (18) and a latch (22) which can move vertically when actuated by interlocking/unlocking guides (24) provided on a stationary apparatus used to change the track width.
