Abstract

The invention relates to a frame element (10) comprising a frame pipe (12) into which a threaded spindle (16) is partly introduced at one end. The threaded spindle (16) is guided in the frame pipe (12) by at least one spindle positioning groove (24, 26, 28), in particular multiple spindle positioning grooves (24, 26, 28). The frame pipe (12) is mechanically reinforced by the spindle positioning groove(s) (24, 26, 28) in the region of the threaded spindle (16) received in the frame pipe (12). At the same time, the maximum inclination of the threaded spindle (16) in the frame pipe (12) is reduced by the spindle positioning grooves (24, 26, 28). Overall, a force can thus be substantially more strongly applied to the frame element (10) in the direction of the longitudinal axis (23b) of the frame pipe (12). At the other end, the frame pipe (12) has at least one pin positioning groove (40, 42), in particular multiple pin positioning grooves (40, 42). Alternatively or in addition thereto, the frame pipe (12) can have at least one reinforcing groove in the region of a node point. Alternatively or in addition thereto, the frame pipe (12) can have at least one additional reinforcing groove between two node points.

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for inserting a transponder (1) into a slot (2) in an object (3), formed as an insert part (4) which has approximately the length and width of the slot (2), is connectable to the slot (2) and has a receptacle (6) for the transponder (1). In known devices of this kind it is difficult to insert the transponder, and the inserted transponder cannot withstand heavy, continuous loading. The problem of designing a corresponding device such that the transponder to be inserted can be reliably positioned at the correct position of the slot is solved in that the receptacle (6) is arranged at the end (5) of the insert part (4) facing an end of the slot (2) and has a resilient web (7) for inserting the transponder (1) in a clamped manner between a base (8) of the insert part (4) and the resilient rib (7), the gap between the rib (7) and the base (8) having a smaller dimension with respect to the thickness of the transponder (1). The invention further relates to a method for inserting a transponder in a slot in an object.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a climbing device (10) for lowering a climbing rail, i.e. for climbing downwards. In the method, the climbing rail, which is placed on a climbing head (18) by means of an upper protrusion, is lowered in that a climbing cylinder (20) is retracted. In particular, the climbing cylinder can be spaced from the climbing rail by completely retracting the climbing cylinder (20) at the upper end by means of a distancing device (34) prior to extending the climbing cylinder (20) again. Thus, the climbing cylinder (20) can be extended again without the climbing rail engaging or hooking below the climbing head (18) at the now central protrusion in that the distancing device (34) moves the climbing head (18) around the central protrusion. The distancing device (34) is activated in the retracted state of the climbing cylinder (20) in order to bypass a protrusion of the climbing rail and is deactivated in the extended state of the climbing cylinder in order to engage below a protrusion of the climbing rail (20) via a hook (22) of the climbing head (18). The climbing cylinder (20) preferably stands on a climbing shoe at the lower end, the catch of said climbing shoe being directly or indirectly releasable and blockable via a mechanical actuation means. The catch of the climbing shoe can be held in a reversibly releasable manner alternatively or in addition thereto by a blocking device in the form of a toggle lever joint and/or a push/push mechanism. Preferably, a lever is provided that can be actuated by a protrusion in order to extend the catch again, which is actuated by a protrusion.

Abstract

A bracket scaffold for arrangement on a curved surface of a structure includes a first securing element arranged on the structure. The bracket scaffold has an end-side first coupling element which is, in particular in a limited manner, pivotably arranged on a first carrier of the bracket scaffold. A rotation axis of the first coupling element preferably intersects with the support location of the first coupling element on the first securing element. The pivot radius of the first coupling element describes in particular a concave pivot arc on the first carrier. The rotation axis is located from the first guide preferably in the direction of the free end of the first coupling element. Extension torques in the articulation, which is formed by the first guide, are minimized by the bracket scaffold being pulled away from the structure.

Abstract

The invention relates to a scaffolding post (10) made of steel for a scaffold to be used in the construction sector, on the wall (12) of which longitudinal ribs (18) are integrally formed on the inner periphery. The longitudinal ribs extend away from the wall (12) in a direction radial to the longitudinal axis (20) of the scaffolding post (10), and the longitudinal ribs (18) extend parallel to one another in an axial direction along the entire length (L), or substantially along the entire length (L) of the scaffolding post (10). Only in the region of the longitudinal ribs (18), the scaffolding post has a wall thickness (WR) greater than its nominal wall thickness (WN). As a result, the scaffolding post (10) can be made lighter overall without changing its load-bearing capacity. In addition, due to the longitudinal ribs (18), the scaffolding post (10) can be provided with an internal diameter (24) such that it can be fitted onto coupling sections (26) of existing scaffolding posts, despite its smaller wall thickness. The invention further relates to a cost-effective method for producing such a scaffolding post (10).
