Abstract
A coffee maker has a container (1) receiving water, a heating device (5), wherein the same is connected to the container (1) for transporting water to be heated (2), particularly by means of an interposed pump (3), and a brewing chamber (7), which is connected to the heating device (5) for transporting the heated water, and which has an outlet (8) for dispensing the brewed coffee. For this purpose, a temperature sensor (10) is provided, by means of which the temperature of the water entering the brewing chamber (7) can be detected. This temperature sensor (10) is connected to a control unit (11), particularly an electronic control unit (11), by means of which elements (5) adjusting the said temperature can be controlled such that the water entering the brewing chamber (7) has a pre-adjusted temperature of between 50°C and 75°C, advantageously of between 65°C and 75°C, and particularly between 70°C and 74°C.

Abstract
A method for preparing a hot beverage, in particular a coffee beverage or a tea beverage, with flavours being extracted from a flavour carrier, which is prepared from roasted coffee or dried tea, by means of water or steam, has a plurality of steps: - A predetermined quantity of the flavour carrier, in which the flavours are contained, is added to an extraction chamber which can be closed in a fluid-tight manner in a first step (100). - Water or steam for extracting flavours from the flavour carrier is added to the extraction chamber in a subsequent step (104). - The extracted beverage flows out of the extraction chamber in a subsequent step (106). - Before the step (104) of introducing water or steam into the extraction chamber, a step (102) of introducing pressurized gas into the extraction chamber is executed. In the process, the internal pressure in the extraction chamber rises. A particularly good froth or cream can form on the beverage, in particular on the coffee beverage, on account of the introduction of the pressurized gas.

Abstract
A coffee dispenser includes an airtight rigid container (C), arranged at 45° upward with respect to the horizontal, provide with a lid (D) and an outlet nozzle (U) closed by a sliding shutter (G), as well as a piston (B) airtightly sliding within the container (C) and driven by a spring (X). For a greater effectiveness, the dispenser can also include a vacuum circuit (F, T, Z, S, E) and/or a circuit for supplying inert gas (K, M, L, H). Such a dispenser assures an optimal storage of the coffee in the coffee machine, even for a long time and regardless of the frequency of usage of the machine.

Abstract
A coffee dispenser includes a storage container (CS) provided with an outlet nozzle (UC) closed by a sliding shutter (Gl), as well as a dispensing chamber (CE) arranged under the storage container (CS), connected thereto through the outlet nozzle (UC) and provided at the bottom with a dispensing nozzle (UE) closed by a sliding shutter (G2), both the storage container (CS) and the dispensing chamber (CE) being airtight.. For a greater effectiveness, the dispenser can also include a vacuum circuit (PV, CV, TV, TV, TV', EV, V PS) and/or a circuit for supplying inert gas and/or means to reduce the volume of the container (CS) as the coffee contained therein is dispensed. Such a dispenser assures an optimal storage of the coffee in the coffee machine, even for a long time and regardless of the frequency of usage of the machine.
