Abstract

The invention relates to a textile mesh consisting of at least two, preferably three, layers of threads forming a basic pattern formed by constituent threads of these layers, said threads being respectively oriented in different directions and overlapping at points of intersection to form the basic pattern, in which at least one of the layers consists of threads of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and the threads of the layers are bonded together at their points of intersection by a water-soluble hot-melt adhesive.
