Process to produce oil with low polyaromatic hydrocarbon content
Process for TDAE-1 and TDAE-2 production is initiated with production of DAE Feeds which have kinematic viscosity at 100° C. ranges 24-67 cSt, followed by mixing them with solvent to yield Mixture of DAE Feed with density ranges 0.75-0.85 kg/liter and further contacting the Mixture of DAE Feed with solvent, like furfural, NMP and DMSO to facilitate a counter current liquid-liquid extraction, wherein the TDAE-1 and TDAE-2 are produced at ratio of polar solvent to Mixture of DAE Feed ranges 1.7-2.0 and 0.5-1.7, respectively. The PCA content of TDAE-1 and TDAE-2 are less than 3% weight and 3-20% weight. The amount of 8 Grimmer polyaromatics hydrocarbon content in the TDAE-1 and TDAE-2 are the same, that is, less than 10 mg/kg including Benzo (a) pyrene substance as much as less than 1 mg/kg.
C10G 21/02 - Refining of hydrocarbon oils, in the absence of hydrogen, by extraction with selective solvents with two or more solvents, which are introduced or withdrawn separately
C10G 53/06 - Treatment of hydrocarbon oils, in the absence of hydrogen, by two or more refining processes plural serial stages only including at least one extraction step including only extraction steps, e.g. deasphalting by solvent treatment followed by extraction of aromatics

NON-TOXIC MINERAL OIL AND ITS PREPARATION PROCESS AS DRILLING MUD BASE MATERIAL
Up to now, the base material of drilling mud using mineral oils is diesel oil. This oil contains high contents of sulfur and aromatic that can cause environmental damages. Other than mineral oils, as the base material of drilling mud, synthetic oil is also used, but the production process of the latter is more complex so that causes high production costs. This invention overcome both above mentioned problems, that is as mineral oil which is the base material of the drilling mud having good properties and performances, environmental friendly, and lower production costs. This invention is related to non-toxic mineral oil as base material of drilling mud. This invention is the product of hydrocarbon having undergone further processing so that sulfur and aromatic contents can be lowered as to reduce its toxicity. Mineral oil as base material of drilling mud is the core of this invention is obtained from the hydrocracker. The raw material originated from crude oils having undergone Atmospheric Distillation & Vacuum Distillation processes. The raw material of this hydrocracker includes middle distillate fractions.
