Abstract
The invention relates to a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, comprising a shoe upper part (1) and a sole (2). According to the invention, in order to precisely and simply detect the pressure and the tension in the sole of the shoe to be able to obtain an improved result during the active influencing of pronation, at least one sensor (3a, 3b, 3c,...) is arranged on or in the sole (2), said sensor measuring the pressure or force that is active between the foot bearing side of the sole (2) and the contact surface of the sole (2) on the ground in a defined direction. Said sensor (3a, 3b, 3c,...) is arranged in such a manner that it measures pressure or force (F) that is at an angle (α) to the vertical (V).

The invention relates to a method for influencing the pronation behaviour of a shoe (1), in particular a sports shoe, wherein a) at least one parameter (Φ, dΦ/dt) that is relevant to the pronation behaviour is measured (2), b) the measured parameter (Φ, dΦ/dt) is fed to a control unit (3), c) the control unit (3) emits a control signal that influences the pronation behaviour to a control element (4) and d) the control element (4) modifies a property of the shoe (1) relevant to the pronation behaviour. According to the invention, in order to improve the influence on the pronation behaviour, the processing of values of a parameter (Φ, dΦ/dt) measured according to step a) takes place from a reference time point (tK) onwards, said time point being determined when the shoe (1) is placed on the ground.

To achieve low weight combined with high flexibility for the shoe, the invention envisages that not only the shoe upper (1) but also the sole parts (2, 3) consist of a material of low bending stiffness while a sole element (7) which matches the shape of the foot and is of high bending stiffness is disposed in the interior of the shoe above the sole parts (2, 3).
