A pallet loading and validation system provides several features that are particularly beneficial in the context of a conveyor product distribution system, such as a pallet loading system, although some features are not exclusive to a conveyor system. In some aspects, the techniques described herein relate to a method for identifying a SKU of a package using a computer system having at least one processor, the method including: (a) taking at least one image of a package on a conveyor; (b) receiving the at least one image in the computer system; and (c) based upon the at least one image, the computer system determining a SKU associated with the package.

B65G 63/02 - Transferring or trans-shipping at storage areas, railway yards or harboursMarshalling yard installations with essentially-horizontal transit otherwise than by bridge
B66F 9/00 - Devices for lifting or lowering bulky or heavy goods for loading or unloading purposes
G01G 21/22 - Weigh-pans or other weighing receptaclesWeighing platforms
G01N 5/00 - Analysing materials by weighing, e.g. weighing small particles separated from a gas or liquid
A container assembly includes a container body having a side wall extending upward from a base to define a mouth. A lid is pivotably secured to the container body and is pivotable between an open position and a closed position over the mouth of the container body. A collar is secured to an upper edge of the side wall of the container body. The collar reinforces the mouth of the container to prevent deformation thereof, such as by bears, and access between the lid and mouth of the container.
A delivery system generates a pick sheet containing a plurality of SKUs based upon an order. A loaded pallet is imaged to identify the SKUs on the loaded pallet, which are compared to the order prior to the loaded pallet leaving the distribution center. The loaded pallet may be imaged while being wrapped with stretch wrap. At the point of delivery, the loaded pallet may be imaged again and analyzed to compare with the pick sheet.
G06K 7/14 - Methods or arrangements for sensing record carriers by electromagnetic radiation, e.g. optical sensingMethods or arrangements for sensing record carriers by corpuscular radiation using light without selection of wavelength, e.g. sensing reflected white light

A pick assist system helps to ensure that each pallet is built accurately. Further, the pick assist system may also help to ensure that the products on each pallet are arranged in a way so that the loaded pallet will be stable and will be efficient to unload. A pallet sled includes a base and a pair of tines extending from the base. The pallet sled further includes a display. At least one processor is programmed to provide a series of instructions on the display indicating a plurality of products to be placed on at least one pallet supported by the tines.

G06V 10/40 - Extraction of image or video features
A container includes a wall extending upward from a base. The wall includes a frame and a first wall portion pivotably connected to the frame. The wall further includes a latch selectively connecting the first wall portion to the frame. The latch is movable vertically relative to the frame to selectively release the first wall portion from the frame.
B65D 6/18 - Containers having bodies formed by interconnecting or uniting two or more rigid, or substantially rigid, components made wholly or mainly of metal, plastics, wood or substitutes therefor collapsible with hinged components
B65D 25/00 - Details of other kinds or types of rigid or semi-rigid containers
A collapsible crate includes a base having opposed side edges and opposed end edges. The side edges are longer than the end edges. A pair of opposed side walls are pivotably connected to the side edges of the base and movable between an upright position and a collapsed position on the base. Each of the pair of opposed side walls include a handle opening therethrough. A pair of opposed end walls are pivotably connected to the end edges of the base and movable between an upright position and a collapsed position on the base.
