Abstract
Device for rinsing and draining a solid granular material rich in wire-like particles (6) and loaded with fine particles comprising: a first upward-sloping vibrating screen (1), a feed (5) of said solid granular material rich in wire-like particles (6) loaded with fine particles arranged in order to feed said solid granular material rich in wire-like particles (6) to the top portion of said first vibrating screen (1), at least one feed of an aqueous phase (7) in order to remove said fine particles by entrainment, an outlet of said drained solid granular material rich in wire-like particles (6) arranged for the recovery (14) of said solid granular material rich in wire-like particles (6) at said bottom portion (4), and, an outlet of said aqueous phase loaded with fine particles via gravity, under said first vibrating screen (1) and the process thereof.
