According to the present invention, a sterilant can be injected into a container without residual water on an object to be sterilized. The method includes decreasing a pressure in the container to a pressure higher than the triple point pressure at which water freezes. The method further includes comparing an actual time required for decreasing the pressure and a reference time, or comparing an actual rate of pressure increase and a reference rate to detect residual water on the object. If the residual water is detected, the pressure in the container is increased to the atmospheric pressure or the quasi-atmospheric pressure and the object is heated, and then the pressure is decreased to drain the residual water through the decompression boiling. The step of draining the residual water is repeatedly performed until no residual water is detected on the object and subsequently the sterilant is injected into the container.

The present invention provides a composition containing a sophorolipid, physiologically active substance and oil and fat, said composition being capable of improving the bioavailability of the physiologically active substance when orally administering said composition.
A sterilization system comprises a reaction container configured to receive a sterilization object and sterilize the object; means for supplying peracetic acid as an sterilization agent into the reaction container, the peracid agent including at least peracetic acid; means for reducing a pressure in the reaction container; means for ventilating the reaction container; and means for generating plasma at a first predetermined portion for receiving the sterilization object in the reaction container and a second predetermined portion of a fluid passage from a neighborhood of the first predetermined portion to an exterior of the container. The pressure reducing means and the plasma generating means are controlled so that the plasma is maintained at the predetermined portions in a process during which the pressure in the reaction container is reduced.

The present invention makes it possible to inject a sterilization agent into a container in a state where there is no residual water in the object to be sterilized. The present invention involves: depressurizing to a pressure higher than the triple point pressure at which water freezes; then verifying the presence/absence of residual water in the object to be sterilized by comparing the actually measured depressurization time and the reference depressurization time, or comparing the actually measured pressure-increase rate or the reference pressure-increase rate; when residual water is present, returning the interior pressure of the container to atmospheric pressure or the vicinity thereof, and heating the object to be sterilized; then depressurizing again and discharging the residual water by vacuum boiling; repeating the residual-water discharge until there is no residual water remaining in the object to be sterilized; and then injecting the sterilization agent into the container.

Provided is a washing device that ensures favorable usability and safety while reducing user workload. The opening/closing door (2) comprises, on the front surface thereof: a control panel (3) provided with at least a setting section (4) and a display section (5); a handle section (8) for operating the grip that is used when opening or closing the opening/closing door (2); a cover (7) that covers the handle section (8) during washing of the objects being washed; and a first detection means for detecting the movement of the cover (7). The cover (7) is provided so as to be capable of moving between the handle section (8) and the control panel (3). By moving the cover (7) during washing of the objects being washed, the cover (7) uncovers the handle section (8) on the front surface of the opening/closing door (2), allowing operation of the grip while also making control panel (3) operation impossible by covering the control panel (3). The first detection means temporarily stops the spraying of washing water and puts the device in a standby state.
