Abstract
A concrete mixing system includes a vehicle, a rotatable mixing drum coupled to the vehicle, an incline and/or slump sensor, and a controller. The controller is configured to effect a change of rotational speed of the rotatable mixing drum in response to a signal from at least one of the sensors indicating an increased likelihood of spillage of concrete from the rotatable mixing drum.

Abstract
A concrete mixing system includes a vehicle (10), a rotatable mixing drum (28) coupled to the vehicle, an incline and/or slump sensor, and a controller. The controller (140) is configured to effect a change of rotational speed of the rotatable mixing drum in response to a signal from at least one of the sensors indicating an increased likelihood of spillage of concrete from the rotatable mixing drum (28).

Abstract
One example of the invention is a vehicle including a chassis, engine and wheels, and further comprising a rotating main turret; an outflow conveyor mounted on the main turret and configured to be rotated relative to the vehicle through rotation of the main turret; a feed turret assembly configured for vertical movement between a lowered storage position and a raised operational position, the feed turret assembly configured for rotation independent of and relative to the main turret; a feed conveyor configured to be rotated relative to the vehicle through rotation of the feed turret assembly, a discharge end of the feed conveyor connected to the feed turret assembly and positioned above the outflow conveyor when the feed turret assembly is in a raised operational position; and wherein when the feed turret assembly is in a raised operational position material being carried along the feed conveyor is deposited from the discharge end of the feed conveyor downward onto the outflow conveyor and transferred along the outflow conveyor to a distal end.

Abstract
A concrete transit mixer truck includes a control system that automatically controls rotation of the mixer drum at a constant drum speed when the mixer truck is traveling. When sensed speed of the truck exceeds a threshold, the control system automatically causes a hydraulic system to rotate the drum at a constant speed, regardless of the truck engine speed.

Abstract
A mounting bracket is attachable to a vehicle frame for pivotally connecting a booster axle assembly comprising a pair of spaced arms, each arm having a first end, a second end, and an axle connected therebetween. The mounting bracket includes a U-shaped portion having a base and a pair of spaced legs connected to the base and extending in a first direction generally normal to the base. The pair of spaced legs and base define a space for receiving the first end of one of the arms of the booster axle assembly. Each leg defines first and second spaced appendages that define a slot. A mounting plate is connected to the base of the U-shaped portion and extends in a second direction normal to the base to permit connection of the mounting bracket to the vehicle frame.
