Abstract

A packaging container has a bottom part comprising a bottom wall, a front wall, a rear wall, and side walls, and has a lid part comprising a top wall, a front wall, a rear wall, and side walls. The rear walls are pivotably connected with a swivel joint line therebetween. Further, there are locking means of bottom and lid part for releasably closing the container. To improve such a container in a way that the container can be used for consuming the food as long as possible directly from the container, and to also allow easy access to the food, even if it is already partly consumed, at least a tearing line for dividing the container is formed perpendicular to the swivel joint line in the front walls, rear walls, and bottom and front walls of bottom part and lid part. Furthermore, also a two-dimensional blank for forming such a packaging container is proposed.

Abstract

A tool for pressing lower rim section of a receptacle wall and a receptacle bottom comprises an inner tool part and an outer tool part. The outer tool part essentially surrounds the receptacle at its lower end. The inner tool part comprises tool segments that are moveable relative to the outer tool part between a retracted and a pressing position, wherein in the pressing position the lower rim sections are pressed together by opposed pressing surfaces of outer tool part and inner tool part. To avoid any contamination of the pressing surfaces and also delamination of the lower rim section of the receptacle, at least one groove is formed in the pressing surface of the tool segment and/or of the outer tool part.

Abstract

An edible packaging comprises at least a mechanically comparatively stable outer cone and a mechanically comparatively stable inner cone, a space that is at least partially filled with an edible filling material being formed between said outer and inner cones. In order to improve such an edible packaging in such a way that its mechanical stability will be increased in a simple manner, especially as far as a fracture of the inner or outer cone is concerned, the filling material is an edible support material with thermoplastic properties. A corresponding method for producing an edible packaging comprises the steps of providing an outer cone, filling the outer cone with an edible support material as a filling material, said support material having thermoplastic properties and being heated at least up to the melting point, and inserting an inner cone into the outer cone while distributing the heated thermoplastic support material within the space between said cones, and hardening the support material subsequently.

Abstract

Device (1) for producing a stacking projection (2) on the inner side (3) of a container wall (4) comprises a splaying mandrel (5) and a support ring (S) open at the top. Those are movable relative to one another between a standby position (7) and a deformation position (8). The splaying mandrel comprises at least in some places a retaining indentation (9) running externally circumf erentially and the support ring comprises at least in some places a notch projection (10) running internally circumf erentially. Through the interaction of those indentation and projection in the deformation position the stacking projection can be produced, wherein in the deformation a gap width (11) between in particular the retaining indentation and the notch projection in a border section (12) of the circumference is greater than the gap width (13) between the other circumferential sections (14). The corresponding container (33) comprises an inner wall (34) and an outer wall (35), in each case narrowing conically downwards The walls are at least joined together at the upper edge (36) of the container, wherein on the inner side (53) of the inner wall a denesting means (40), protruding inwards, is formed as a stacking projection. On that, another container when inserted in the container is supported. A distance between said stacking projection and the bottom (46) of the projection, is at least slightly larger than a distance between said bottom and a potential contact starting point at which the outer container when inserted in the inner container starts to contact the inner side of the inner wall of the inner container.

Abstract

The invention relates to a container (1) which is used for storing and removing food, comprising a first and a second container half (2, 3), which are connected together by means of a pivotable connection in order to pivot between an open position (4) and a closed position (5). The pivotable connection is formed by a pivotable line which is embodied between the first ends (13, 14) of the lateral walls (11, 12) which face each other and the second ends (15, 16) of the lateral walls (11, 12) are connected together in a detachable manner in the closed position (5). The pivotable axis (17), which is associated with the pivotable line (6), extends essentially perpendicular to the upper and lower container walls (7, 9; 8, 10). Abstract

The invention relates to a double-walled cup (1) which comprises an inner and an outer wall as well as a cup opening on its upper end an a bottom part on its lower end. The outer wall is substantially produced from paper, cardboard or the like. The aim of the invention is to improve said double-walled cup (1) in such a manner that it can be more rapidly and simply produced and assembled and to reduce the structural stability of the double-walled cup while maintaining its corresponding thermal insulating properties. For this purpose, the inner cup providing the inner wall is inserted into the outer cup (3) providing the outer wall and is secured therein or thereto in an especially detachable manner. The inner cup (2) is produced from an at least fluid-tight plastic material.
