Abstract

: The invention relates to a method for operating a drive system and to a drive system for carrying out the method, wherein the drive system comprises a controllable rectifier that can be supplied from an AC voltage grid, an energy store and the AC voltage terminal of an inverter being connected to the AC voltage terminal of said rectifier, wherein a controller, in particular a PI controller, is used to determine, as a manipulated variable, a current of such a nature that the measured voltage applied to the AC voltage terminal, i.e. the intermediate circuit voltage, is adjusted to a target voltage U_Soll, wherein the current limited to an upper threshold value is provided at the AC voltage terminal of the controllable rectifier, wherein the upper threshold value is determined as a quotient from a threshold value (limit) and the measured voltage applied to the AC voltage terminal, wherein the threshold value (limit) is determined depending on the temperature measured at or in the energy store and depending on the power P_Last supplied to the rectifier at its AC voltage terminal.

Abstract

An electric motor includes an angle sensor, and the angle sensor includes a main body, a hood part, a holding part, a first circuit board, an intermediate flange, a second circuit board, a disk part, e.g., with a dimensional scale, and a hollow shaft. The rotor shaft of the angle sensor is connected to a rotor of the electric motor for conjoint rotation, and the disk part is slid onto the hollow shaft and bears against a shaft step and/or a flat surface region of the hollow shaft. The second circuit board has conducting tracks acting and/or formed as coil winding and is held clamped between the main body and the intermediate flange, and the intermediate flange is pressed towards the main body by the screw head of another screw screwed into a threaded bore of the main body. The first circuit board is held clamped between the intermediate flange and the holding part, and the screw head of a screw screwed into a threaded bore of the intermediate flange presses the holding part towards the intermediate flange. An elastically preloaded sheet-metal part supported on the hood part is disposed between the holding part and the hood part.

Abstract

A gear motor includes an electric motor adapted to drive a transmission. A bearing flange of the transmission is secured to a housing part of the transmission. A bearing for rotatably mounting the output shaft of the transmission is accommodated in the bearing flange, and a shaft sealing ring is accommodated in the bearing flange, which seals towards the shaft, e.g., performing a sealing function. A cover disc is secured, e.g., using screws, to the bearing flange on the side of the bearing flange facing away from the interior of the transmission, the interior, for example, being filled with lubricating oil. The cover disc has continuous grooves extending in the circumferential direction on its side facing the bearing flange, and a radial borehole is formed in the cover disc and feeds into one of the grooves, e.g., into the radially outermost groove.
