Abstract
Provided is a primer for metal surfaces and the preparation method thereof. The primer comprises 50-80 wt % of organic solvent (A), 2-15 wt % of phenolic resin (B), 1-10 wt % of rubber elastomer (C), 1-10 wt % of silane coupling agent (D), 5-25 wt % of metal oxide powder (E), and 1-10 wt % of inorganic filler (F); wherein the organic solvent (A) is an organic solvent capable of dissolving the phenolic resin (B) and the rubber elastomer (C), and the inorganic filler (F) is different from the metal oxide powder (E). The primer can facilitate the bonding of metal and rubber, and has high adhesion strength.

Abstract
A fastener for connecting conveyer belt includes an upper board (21) and a lower board (22) both provided with upper and lower connection holes (212, 222) and pointed teeth (211, 221) on edges of each board. A bolt (23) with head (231) and rod (233) passes via said connection holes (212, 222) to connect the upper board (21) with the lower board (22). The upper connection hole (212) is rectangular, and a rectangular step (232) is mounted between the head (231) and the rod (233) to cooperate with the upper connection hole (212).

Abstract
A moving-positioning means of belt-fastening apparatus including a head and an anvil plate on which a row of fastener holes disposed, a row of positioning grooves are disposed in one side of the anvil plate; said positioning grooves are parallel to said fastener holes and the spaces of the positioning grooves are identical to those of said fastener holes; and a positioning strip disposed on the head is compatible with said positioning grooves. Since the positioning grooves and the fastener holes are separately disposed on the anvil plate, the positioning strip may be inserted into the positioning grooves to be located when the head moves. Therefore the fastener holes are no longer used for the location, and the movement of the head is not restricted to the fastener holes, which means the head may move in the whole area of the frame no matter whether the fasteners are inserted into the fastener holes or not. Thus the belt-fastening apparatus may bind the fasteners in a jumping manner when operating, easily and conveniently, and the binding quality is guaranteed.

Abstract
A manual step-type buckle-binding machine includes a buckle-charging plate (1) fixed on a shelf and a machine head moving along the buckle-charging plate. The machine head comprises a left handle, a right handle, a casing (4), a buckle-pressing head (3), a locating head (9), a nail-through head (19) and a shifting mechanism. Abstract
