An application of an SMS2 inhibitor in the preparation of a drug for the treatment of highly invasive breast cancer. According to overall experiments using 4T1 cells to establish a mouse triple-negative breast cancer model and in vitro experiments using primary bone marrow macrophages from mice, it is confirmed that compound I, as an SMS2 specific inhibitor, is able to effectively inhibit type 2 polarization of macrophages by decreasing sphingomyelin synthase 2 activity and sphingolipid levels in vivo, and is able to remold a tumor microenvironment by reducing M2-type macrophages in the tumor microenvironment of triple-negative breast cancer and by reducing the extent of infiltration of other myeloid-derived immunosuppressive cells, thereby inhibiting the in situ growth of the triple-negative breast cancer as well as the formation and growth of pulmonary metastases brought about through blood circulation. Inhibition of SMS2 activity may be used to prevent and treat highly invasive malignant breast cancers comprising triple-negative breast cancer.

TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE COMPOSITION GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY TESTING METHOD
A traditional Chinese medicine composition gas chromatography testing method, in the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine, directed toward volatile components thereof, and using gas chromatography (GC) to quantitatively determine key representative chemical components in a preparation. The testing method uses gas chromatography, a heating procedure being: an initial column temperature being 150°-180°C, maintaining for 3-10 min, then heating to 200°-210°C at a rate of 5°-15°C/min, and maintaining for 3-10 min. The present gas chromatography testing method can implement determination of volatile component content in a preparation, and rapidly analyze a traditional Chinese medicine composition preparation by means of multicomponent chemistry so as to evaluate quality thereof.
An ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography detection method for a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) composition. The detection method comprises the following steps: step A, preparation of a test sample solution: collecting the content of a TCM composition capsule and adding an organic solvent for extraction so as to obtain the test sample solution; step B, preparation of a control solution: collecting chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rutin, isochlorogenic acid B, isochlorogenic acid C, forsythiaside A and forsythin and adding an organic solvent to dissolve so as to obtain the control solution; and step C, detection: using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography with methanol (A) and water containing phosphate (B) as mobile phases for gradient elution. The ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography can quantitatively determine seven chemical components in a composition, such that the quality of the composition is evaluated by means of said fast multi-component chemical analysis, thereby achieving better characterization of quality differences between batches of TCM composition capsules.
The invention belongs to the field of quality analysis and control of traditional Chinese medicine, and provides a method for separating eighteen components in a traditional Chinese medicine composition, comprising: (1) preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition into a total extract of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, separating by resin through sequentially eluting with water, 10% ethanol and 30% ethanol, and collecting the 30% ethanol eluate to obtain a 30% ethanol extract; (2) adding the 30% ethanol extract to a reverse phase silica gel ODS-AQ-HG, and separating in a medium pressure separation column to obtain differently numbered elution dry pastes; (3) dissolving the differently numbered elution dry paste with 30% methanol as a solvent, and passing the solution through a 0.45 μm microporous membrane, carrying out a primary separation by high performance liquid chromatography and collecting chromatographic peaks with different retention times, and further purifying by high performance liquid chromatography; finally obtaining the compounds of eighteen components. The separation method of the present invention enables in-depth study of the chemical components of a pharmaceutical composition.

The solid beverage consists of honeysuckle, boat-fruited scaphium seeds, Platycodon grandiflorum, lemon powder and other major components. The preparation method comprises the steps of water extraction, sieved mixing, granulation, packaging and inspection. Through reasonable compatibility and scientific preparation, the product has a pleasant aroma, sweet and sour taste, was well praised by the majority of the trial crowd, is easy to carry, and reasonably supplements a variety of vitamins and trace elements which the human body needs.
Disclosed are a solid beverage containing rhizoma polygonati and a preparation method thereof. The solid beverage consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-9 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 1-5 parts of mulberry leaves, 60-90 parts of erythritol, 0.1-0.3 parts of neotame, 15-20 parts of resistant dextrin, and 0.3-0.6 parts of citric acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: the mulberry leaves are extracted with water, filtered, and dried before pulverizing to obtain a dry cream powder for use; the rhizoma polygonati is extracted with water, filtered, and concentrated to obtain the concentrated liquid for use; the erythritol, resistant dextrin, citric acid, neotame and mulberry leaf extracts are mixed homogeneously to obtain the mixed powder for use; the mixed powder is wet granulated, and the extract liquid of the rhizoma polygonati is sprayed into same, sieved, dried and granulated to obtain dry granules. The solid beverage has a pleasant aroma, and a sweet and sour taste.

Derivative of butylphthalide and preparation method and use thereof
(−)-(S)-3-(3′-hydroxy)-butylphthalide (a compound shown by Formula I) and an ester formed of the same and an acid are proved by experiments to be applicable to treatment and prevention of cerebral ischemic diseases and have a sleep-improving function. The acid refers to a pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic or organic acid. The inorganic acid refers to nitric acid, sulfuric acid, or phosphoric acid. In addition to an acid radical, the organic acid at least comprises at least one of an amino group, a hydroxyl group, and a carboxyl group. None of the compound shown by Formula I and the ester thereof is water-soluble. An ester generated from the compound and the acid further react with an acid or a base to generate a salt which is water-soluble and is used to prepare injection preparation. The experiment proves that the salt does not stimulate vessels.
