Abstract

An inversion vessel 1 which: has an opening section 50 located in the lower section thereof and provided with an opening through which it is possible for a lining material to pass 20; and is equipped with an inversion nozzle 4 in the upper section thereof which is filled with a liquid 26. The liquid discharged into a liquid tank 28 from the opening section as a result of the action of a compressed gas for inverting the lining material is returned to the inversion vessel by a pump 42, and the lining material is continuously inverted. The opening section is provided with a sealing member 83 having an opening formed therein through which the lining material passes, and is provided with a sealing valve 92 which is displaced as a result of the fluid pressure of the liquid discharged from the sealing member. When a small-diameter attachment tool connected to the terminal end of the lining material passes through the sealing member, the discharge flow of the liquid from the sealing member increases, the sealing valve moves in the closing direction, and the sealing function is maintained.

Abstract

Segments are linked in the circumferential direction to assemble a pipe unit. A link bolt is used to link the segments of the pipe unit in the longitudinal direction to assemble a rehabilitation pipe inside an existing pipe. An elastically deformable hollow cylindrical member having a tongue is attached to the link bolt between the inner plates. The outer diameter of the cylindrical member is larger than the insertion hole of the inner plate through which the link bolt can pass. This allows the link bolt to be prevented from falling out of the segment when the link bolt moves in the longitudinal direction due to gravity. When a force is applied to the tongue from below, the cylindrical member is elastically deformed and can be removed from the link bolt.

Abstract

A linking pin made of elastic plastic having linking pin halves is used to link segments in the longitudinal direction to assemble a rehabilitation pipe. The linking pin includes a tubular portion having on its outer periphery surface first and second protrusions separated by a distance of twice the thickness of the side plate of the segment and a rear protruding portion that enlarges in diameter due to elasticity. The linking pin is inserted into one segment and the other segment so that the side plates of both the segments come between the first and second protrusions. The linking pin is then enlarged in diameter due to elasticity to fit the side plates between the first and second protrusions and link both the segments in the longitudinal direction. The linking pin that is enlarged in diameter can be reduced in diameter to unlink both the segments.

Abstract

According to the present invention, compressed gas from an air compressor 56 is supplied into an inversion container 1, and an inversion pressure of a lining material 60 is formed by a gas pressure due to the compressed gas. A liquid 40 is caused to overflow from an inversion nozzle 12 and is supplied into the lining material 60, and the inversion pressure is formed by the pressure of the liquid. The inversion pressure due to the gas pressures is formed while supplying the liquid into the lining material, and the lining material is inverted by the pressures of the gas and the liquid. Even when the total length of the lining material to be inverted is increased, it is possible to effectively perform the inversion by the compressed gas.

Abstract

In the present invention, an inversion container 1 comprises: an opening part 2 in which an opening 30, that a lining material 60 is inserted into and can pass through, is formed; and an inversion nozzle 12 to which one end of the lining material is attached in an airtight manner. The inversion container is filled with an incompressible liquid 40 up to a prescribed level 40a that is above the opening of the opening part, and an airtight sealed space is formed above the liquid. A compressed gas is fed into the airtight sealed space, and the lining material is inverted. In order to keep the liquid in the inversion container at the prescribed level, a liquid supply pump 50 feeds a liquid in a liquid tank into the inversion container, thereby supplementing the liquid that is flowing out from the opening part as a result of being acted on by the compressed gas. The lining can be continuously inverted without leakage of the compressed gas from the opening part.

Abstract

A plurality of spacers 50, 70 in which first and second wedge-shaped members are overlaid are disposed around the entire circumference between a renewal pipe 40 and an existing pipe 21 with a thickness corresponding to a gap between the renewal pipe and the existing pipe. The first wedge-shaped members of the spacers 70 disposed at the bottom of the renewal pipe or in the vicinity of the bottom of the renewal pipe are held by a holding member attached to a segment 1 of the renewal pipe, in such a way as to be capable of sliding in the length direction of the pipe. The first wedge-shaped members are held by the holding member in such a way that movement in a direction orthogonal to the length direction and the circumferential direction of the pipe is restricted, preventing the first wedge-shaped members from falling out from the segment under their own weight.

Abstract

Segments are linked in the circumferential length to assemble a pipe unit, which is linked to another pipe unit using a link bolt to install a rehabilitating pipe inside an existing pipe. An elastically deformable clip having a cylindrical cavity with a notch is attached to the link bolt between the inner plates of the segment. The clip grips the link bolt at the cavity thereof that is enlarged due to elastic deformation. When the link bolt is moved in the direction opposite the insertion direction, the clip that grips the link bolt hits the inner plate of the segment to limit the movement of the link bolt in the opposite direction and prevent the link bolt from falling out of the segment.

Abstract

Prior to lining a main pipe, a marker configured as a receiver coil (33) is set at the center (12b) of a branch pipe opening or a position separated a prescribed distance (S) from said center. On an intra-pipe robot (20), a rotatable perforating blade (31) for perforating main pipe lining material (13) that is blocking the branch pipe opening and a transmission coil (40) for detecting the position of the marker are installed coaxially or separated by the prescribed distance (S). After the main pipe is lined, the perforating blade is moved in conjunction with the transmission coil in the longitudinal direction of the main pipe and in the circumferential direction of the main pipe to perforate the main pipe lining material at the position at which the electromagnetic bonding of the two coils is maximal. Since the center of rotation of the perforating blade coincides with the center of the branch pipe opening at the position at which the electromagnetic bonding of the two coils is maximal, it is possible to perforate the main pipe lining material accurately to coincide with the branch pipe opening.

Abstract

Protruding sections (44) of male connecting pins (40) fixed on one side plate (103) of a segment (1a) are fitted into fitting sections (25) of female connecting pins (20) fixed between the other side plate (102) and the adjacent side plate (106) of a segment (1b) that is to be connected to the first segment. Each segment is successively connected in the pipe length direction so that the respective side plates (102, 103) of the various segments abut against each other to assemble a regenerated pipe inside an existing pipe. In the fitting sections (25) of the female connecting pins (20), multiple locking parts (24) that allow the male connecting pins (40) to move in the insertion direction but prohibit movement thereof in the direction opposite to the insertion direction are formed. When the male connecting pins (40) are inserted and fitted into the female connecting pins (20), the male connecting pins lock with one of the locking parts (24), making movement in the reverse direction impossible and connecting the various segments securely in the pipe length direction.

Abstract

Segments are linked in the circumferential and pipe length directions to assemble a rehabilitating pipe inside an existing pipe in order to rehabilitate the existing pipe. A plurality of nuts are secured to the segments along the circumferential direction thereof. A fastening member having a screw part is provided which is screwed into the nut to fasten a first segment to a second segment to which the nut is secured, thereby linking the first and second segments in the pipe length direction thereof. The position of the nut in the first segment is offset as viewed in the circumferential direction from the nut position of the second segment. The arrangement of the fastening members and the nuts is staggered as viewed in its entirety. This allows the connection strength of the segments in the pipe length direction to be made uniform.

Abstract

A flexible tubular lining material impregnated with a thermosetting resin is folded and bound with binding members to provide a reduced width. Two elastic and rigid strip members are inserted into loop members attached to the lining material and are removably attached so as to sandwich the lining material. During pipeline lining work, the lining material to which the strip members have been attached is first inserted into a lateral pipe from a main pipe. The strip members are then removed from the lining material so that the lining material may remain inside the pipeline. The strip members are extracted from the pipeline, and the lining material is then made to expand via application of pressure from the inside. While kept in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pipeline, the lining material is heated in order to cure the thermosetting resin thereof.

Abstract

A spacer is constituted by overlapping on a first wedge-shaped member, whose upper surface is inclined at a prescribed angle, a second wedge-shaped member, whose lower surface is inclined at the same angle. This spacer is inserted in the gap between a inner wall surface of an existing pipe and the outer periphery of a rehabilitating pipe. Latching teeth are formed in the inclined surfaces of the first and second wedge-shaped members so that, when pressing the second wedge-shaped member to move it toward the first wedge-shaped member in the insertion direction, it cannot move in the direction the reverse of the insertion direction. Upon moving the second wedge-shaped member to the respective latch positions, the overall height of the spacer is successively increased in steps at a fine pitch, thus enabling the adjustment of the position of the rehabilitating pipe with respect to the existing pipe to be performed simply.
