The present invention provides a non-slip glove which exhibits excellent moisture permeability and softness. This non-slip glove is provided with a fiber-made glove body (1) which covers a wearer's hand and a porous layer (2) which is impregnated into and laminated on the outer side of the glove body (1) at least in the palm region, wherein the porous layer (2) is made from a polyurethane-based resin composition, and has a protrusion/ recess pattern formed by pressing on the outer surface in the palm region. It is preferable that the protrusion occupancy of the protrusion/recess pattern on the outer surface of the porous layer (2) is 30 to 80%. Further, it is preferable that the ratio of the average thickness of the recess portions (4,14) to that of the protrusion portions (3,13) is 30 to 75%. It is also preferable that the average moisture transmission rate of the porous layer (2) in the palm region is 6000g/m2·24h or more.
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a glove which has a high non-slip effect and combines excellent softness/flex with high heat-insulating properties. The invention achieved for solving the problem is a glove which comprises a fibrous glove base for covering a hand of the wearer and a resinous or rubber coating layer superposed on at least the palm region of the outer surface of the glove base, wherein a loop yarn is used as the knitting yarn of the glove base and the coating layer has, in the surface thereof, protrusions and recesses attributable to the loop yarn. It is preferable that the coating layer surface should have a ten-point average roughness (Rz) of 300-1,200 µm and that the loop yarn should have an average outer loop diameter of 1-6 mm, an average loop-to-loop distance of 1-10 mm, and a total fineness of 100-1,000 dtex. It is desirable that the coating layer has been formed so that at least the loops of the loop yarn which are protruded from the outer surface of the glove base have been impregnated therewith.

Provided is an aqueous polyurethane dispersing element exhibiting excellent practicality in terms of processing suitability when producing a film-molded body by means of a salt coagulation method, wherein the film-molded body thus obtained exhibits practicality in terms of ethanol water resistance. An isocyanate-terminated prepolymer is obtained by reacting: a polyisocyanate (A) comprising a diphenylmethane diisocyanate and an alicyclic diisocyanate; a random copolymer (B) of an ethylene oxide and a tetrahydrofuran; a polyol (C) having a number average molecular weight between 1000 and 5000; a polyalcohol-based chain extender (D) having a number average molecular weight of 400 or less; and a diol compound (E) having a carboxyl group. An aqueous polyurethane dispersing element is obtained by neutralizing the aforementioned isocyanate-terminated prepolymer, dispersing the neutralized product thus obtained in water, and by subjecting the dispersed neutralized product to chain extension reaction by using an amine-based chain extender (F). The aqueous polyurethane dispersing element is used along with a coagulation solution to obtain a film-molded body.
The present invention is a method for manufacturing gloves using a flat-knitting machine and has a second pouch-like part forming step that forms a second pouch-like part after a first pouch-like part is formed by a first knitting needle group. The second pouch-like part forming step has a main body part forming step that forms a main body part and a pouch bottom forming step that forms a pouch bottom part in a ring shape linked to the first pouch-like part. In the pouch bottom part forming step, one surface of the ring-shaped pouch bottom part is formed by one row of knitting needles in a second knitting needle group that form a front cloth and a back cloth and knitting needles of this row corresponding to at least two hooks within the first needle group adjacent to the second needle group. Next, a glove for which holes do not occur easily in the finger crotch parts can be manufactured easily by forming the other surface of the ring-shaped glove bottom part by knitting needles in the other row corresponding to knitting needles of the first knitting needle group that are the needles of the first knitting needle group that have formed the one surface of the pouch bottom part and the knitting needles of the other row of the second needle group.

The glove of the present invention includes: a glove body made from fibers; a first coating layer being applied at least on a palm side region of the external surface of the glove body, and containing a plurality of pores; and a second coating layer being laminated at least on a part of the external surface of the first coating layer, and being constituted with a plurality of particles and a binder thereof. The second coating layer has particle-clustering regions that are scattering. In the glove, the pores preferably include interconnected cells. Also, in the glove, regions other than the particle-clustering regions of the second coating layer preferably have moisture permeability, and a percentage of the total area of the particle-clustering region with respect to the area of the second coating layer is preferably no less than 20% and no greater than 90%.
A system (30) for dispensing gloves including a dispenser (11) and a plurality of gloves (30) positioned in a frictional fit within the dispenser in a compressed configuration. The dispenser has a removable section (24) that forms a dispensing opening (26) for removing an outermost glove from the dispenser. The dispensing opening is shaped such that, upon removal of the removable section of the dispenser, the frictional engagement between the dispenser and a cuff portion (34) of the outermost glove is less than the frictional engagement between the dispenser and a finger portion (32) of the outermost glove.

NON-SLIP GLOVE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING NON-SLIP GLOVE
[Problem] To provide a non-slip glove which can prevent the hand from getting damaged by heat and moisture, even during prolonged wearing time, and exhibit a friction force sufficient to ensure the grasp of an object to be grasped. [Solution] A non-slip glove comprising a fiber-made glove body covering a wearer's hand, a plurality of resin- or rubber-made convex portions which are firmly fixed at least to the palm area of the outer surface of said glove body, and an air-permeable coating layer which is laminated at least on areas other than said convex portions in the palm area of the outer surface of said glove body, wherein said convex portions project out from the outer surface of the coating layer. Owing to this structure, the non-slip glove enables the grasp of an object to be grasped by the projecting convex portions. Since the coating layer is formed in the areas other than the convex portions and, therefore, no fiber of the glove body is exposed in said areas, the non-slip glove can exert a sufficient gripping force so that an object to be grasped can be surely grasped thereby.
2·24 hrs in terms of a measured value according to JIS L 1099 A-1 method (calcium chloride method) and the wear loss of the coating layer of the back portion is 40 mg or less in terms of a value measured after 100 revolutions by use of a tester, Nu-Martindale Abrasion and Peeling Tester, specified by EN ISO 12947-1, according to the European Standard EN 388; 2003. The glove of the present invention is excellent in moisture permeability and abrasion resistance of a back portion.
Provided is a technique whereby stitch density can be largely increased easily and economically without significantly changing the configuration of a knitting machine and thus a thin knit fabric having an excellent texture can be obtained. In a knitting needle-guiding structure of a knitting machine whereby knitting needles are guided in reciprocating motions respectively along a plurality of aligned needle tracks to thereby form a knit fabric, a single knitting needle or a bundle of knitting needles, each knitting needle having one or more hooks, is located in each of the needle tracks so that each needle track is provided with at least two hooks which operate in an integrated manner.

Disclosed is a work glove which has been entirely or partly knitted from a composite yarn comprising a filament yarn and a conductive fiber, characterized in that the filament yarn contained in the composite yarn has a recovery from stretch of 0-10%.
Disclosed are a fiber glove comprising a patterned thick cloth part and a patterned thin cloth part, wherein the thick cloth part and the thin cloth part have been uniformly patterned; and a dyeing method for printing or discharge-printing fiber glove whereby a fiber glove, which comprises a thick cloth part and a thin cloth part, is patterned by screen printing, characterized by comprising positioning the glove under a screen film and pushing up the glove from the bottom side by using a means for closely contacting to thereby closely contact the glove with the screen film. Since the aforesaid fiber glove has been uniformly and beautifully patterned, not only in the thick cloth part but also in the thin cloth part, and dyed to the fiber core, the ground color of the fiber is invisible even in the case of stretching the glove, which gives a good appearance.
