The present invention relates to an under-thread supply device for a sewing machine, and more particularly, to an enhanced under-thread supply device for a sewing machine, in which the device of the present invention and a unit for mounting said device are just partially changed so as to increase the winding amount of the under-thread of conventional sewing machines in order to achieve improved efficiency of sewing and efficiently reduce the puckering of a work piece without causing changes in the basic structure of conventional sewing machines.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a lower thread bobbin for a sewing machine able to hold a thread, the bobbin comprising a crescent moon-shaped winding part on which a thread can be wound and a crescent moon-shaped securing part for covering the winding part on which the thread has been wound. The lower thread bobbin for a sewing machine has the advantage of being able to hold a greater amount of a lower thread than the very limited amount of a lower thread that is wound on general conventional bobbins, and so increasing the efficiency of sewing work as the user or sewing machinist does not replace the bobbin frequently.

Abstract

The under-thread supply device (A) for a sewing machine according to the present invention, comprises, as shown in the attached Fig. 1: a hook unit (1) having a body hook (200) arranged rotatably therein so as to extract an under-thread (11), pass the under-thread (11) directly through the upper thread ring (12') and interconnect the under-thread (11) and the upper thread (12) so as to thereby stitch (stitch) the work piece; and an under-thread unit (2) which has a U-bobbin (400) arranged therein, and which is inserted and connected to an under-thread accommodation unit (207) of the body hook (200), wherein the U-bobbin (400) with a roll of under-thread (11') is accommodated in a U-bobbin case (500) so as to supply the under-thread (11) for stitching (stitching) the work piece. The hook unit (1) comprises: a driving unit (100) for receiving power from a power transmission shaft (not shown) of conventional sewing machines and rotating a rotary shaft (130) by driving a gear using the received power so as to rotate a power ring (150) coupled to the rotary shaft (130) through a link (140); the body hook (200) which rotates by the rotating power transmitted from the power ring (150) of the driving unit (100), and which accommodates the under-thread unit (2) therein and interconnects the under-thread (11) and the upper thread (12) directly through the upper thread ring (12'); and a coupling member (300) for coupling the driving unit (100) and the body hook (200). Further, the under-thread unit (2) comprises: the U-bobbin (400) having the roll of under-thread (11') therein, wherein the U-bobbin (400) is arranged in the U-bobbin case (500); and the U-bobbin case (500) for accommodating therein the U-bobbin (400) having the roll of under-thread (11') therein, and the U-bobbin case (500) is inserted and connected to the under-thread accommodation unit (207) of the body hook (200). The present invention relates to a shuttle case fixing device for fixing a shuttle case used in a sewing machine, and more particularly to a shuttle case fixing device which comprises: a fixing strip holder having a fixing hole; an upper fixing strip extended in a curve from the fixing strip holder, the upper region of the upper fixing strip having an insertion hole; an L-shaped bent lower fixing strip extended to the direction opposite to the upper fixing strip; and a fixing piece fastened to the upper fixing strip, wherein the shuttle case is closely fastened and fixed between the upper fixing strip and the lower fixing strip of the shuttle case fixing device so that the shuttle case is prevented from being shaken so as to be more stably and surely fixed during sewing operation, thereby improving working efficiency. Also a holding part formed on one end of the lower fixing strip serves to hold the shuttle case resulting in more efficient working.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a bobbin cover case allowing high-speed back-stitching. A bobbin cover case according to the present invention comprises a bobbin cover, a guidance apparatus for bobbin thread, a bobbin guide, and a thread guidance plate. The guidance apparatus for bobbin thread comprises: a pressure control plate for maintaining a constant tension in the bobbin thread; a spring for supplying and maintaining tension in the pressure control plate; and a spring cover for fixing the spring in place, and the guidance apparatus for bobbin thread can additionally comprise a thread guide for guiding the bobbin thread into the eye of the needle on the needle plate. The bobbin cover case is produced so as to easily accommodate a bow-shaped bobbin which allows dramatically increased length of bobbin thread, is simplified to reduce the frequent task of replacing the bobbin thread to 3-5 times a day by dramatically increasing the length of the of the bobbin thread, and the bobbin cover case can be used in existing sewing machines without changing the structure or shape thereof. The bobbin cover case according to the present invention can be repeatedly produced from a mold, and thus productivity is high, product thereby is lightweight, and allows finishing process to be precise and clean. Additionally, the bobbin cover case according to the present invention allows significantly increasing the rotational speed up to 5000 rpm due to the lightweight of the product and precision production thereof, and thus allows marked improvement in the quality of backstitches and productivity over the conventional bobbin cover case.

The present invention relates to a shuttle case of a sewing machine allowing high-speed back-stitching, and more specifically to a shuttle case comprising: a gear base plate (1); gears (2a and 2b); an internal case (3); an external case (8); a clutch (4); a clutch guide (5); a clutch plate (6); a hook (7); a bobbin cover case (9); and a fixed shuttle plate (10). The hook (7) is disposed in between the external case (8) and the internal case (3), a plurality of hook holes (14) are formed along the edges of the outer bottom surface of the hook (7), and a bobbin cover case (9) is disposed in the inner case of the hook (7). The shuttle case according to the present invention is produced so as to easily accommodate the bobbin cover case having a bow-shaped bobbin disposed therein, the bow-shaped bobbin allowing dramatically increased length of bobbin thread. Additionally, the shuttle case is lighter and more precise than a traditional a shuttle case due to press production via molds, and thus tasks of transport and exchange thereof is made easier, and when working therewith, despite high-speed operation, noise is notably reduced. Accordingly, the shuttle case according to the present invention has a simple production process and significantly reduced materials expense, thus improving productivity, and thereby dramatically increasing value added.
