One end of the operating cord (2) is fixed at the higher end of the moving region of the lamp. Pulling on the free end of the operating cord (2) moves the lamp towards a higher position of the operating cord (2). As plants grow, the invention is capable of easily adjusting the height of the lamp at any time, thereby consuming less power, reducing waste, and providing an improved supplementary light source for plants.
