Hydrogen peroxide water discharged onto a surface of a seal member of a storage container by the discharge means is raised in temperature by the heating means, hydrogen peroxide is gasified by ultrasonic waves radiated from the ultrasonic radiation means, and hydrogen peroxide gas produced by the gasification is supplied from the surface of the seal member to the interior of the storage container by being subjected to acoustic streaming of the ultrasonic waves.

In step 4, an aeration means is operated at a point in time at which the decontamination time has elapsed.
