Abstract
A document processing system (10) includes a character code change means (11a) for recording font data of the characters in a document in order of appearance and for changing the character code of the characters for which the font data has been recorded, to the converted character code formed of numbers indicating the ranks of the font data, a conversion table generation means (11b) for generating a conversion table indicating the correspondence between the character code and the converted character code, and an output means (11c) for outputting the characters with the font generated from the font data. The character code change means 11a also records font data of the characters input through an input device (15) in order of input and changes the character code of the characters for which the font data has been recorded, to the converted character code. As a result, a document processing system, an electronic document, and a document processing method that prevent the character code from being copied in digital form while reducing the amount of data can be provided.

Abstract
A method and an apparatus for preventing the deterioration of an edible oil or an industrial oil, which have been established by applying electromagnetic wave treatment technology to an edible oil or an industrial oil. A fluororesin-covered electric wire cable (5) is wound around a ring-shaped groove formed between the outer periphery of a cylinder (11a) that is immersed in an edible oil (7) contained in a tank (6) and two bordering parts (11b, 11b) to constitute an oscillation unit (16) equipped with a coil part (2). The oscillation unit (16) is connected to an electromagnetic wave generator (10) through a relay unit (13). An alternating current having a single frequency within the range from 4 kHz to 10 kHz, an alternating current having a plurality of single frequencies different from each other in frequency within the range from 4 kHz to 10 kHz, or an alternating current of which the frequency varies over time within the range from 4 kHz to 10 kHz is allowed to flow in a coil part (2) to apply electromagnetic waves to the edible oil, thereby preventing the deterioration of the edible oil.

Abstract
To establish a method for preventing deterioration of an edible oil or an industrial oil by applying an electromagnetic wave processing technique to the edible oil or industrial oil, and an apparatus therefor. An apparatus comprising: an oscillating unit (16) provided with a coil part (2) that is constructed by winding a fluororesin-coated electrical cable (5) around a ring-shaped groove positioned between the outer periphery of a cylinder (11a), which is immersed in an edible oil (7) in a tank (6), and two edge parts (11a, 11b) thereof; and an electromagnetic wave generator (10) that is connected to the oscillating unit via a junction unit (13). The coil part (2) is irradiated by an electromagnetic wave using, within a frequency range of 4 kHz to 25 kHz, an alternating electric current having a single frequency, an alternating electric current having a plurality of single frequencies differing from each other, or an alternating electric current showing a change in frequency with the passage of time. Moreover, a treatment with a far-infrared heater or a far-infrared ceramic radiator is conducted, thereby preventing deterioration of an edible oil or an industrial oil.

Abstract
Well water, tap water or softened water having separately undergone (a) (-) reduction type modulated electromagnetic field treatment inducing either an alternating electric and magnetic field involving temporal change of 100 to 10,000 Hz frequency or an alternating electric and magnetic field of one or two or more frequency values within the above frequency range or (b) 400 to 10,000 Gauss permanent magnet treatment and untreated well water, tap water or softened water (c) having undergone neither the treatment (a) nor the treatment (b) are each added with Ca ion and/or Mg ion and an oil or fat ingredient, placed in a plastic container or metallic container and agitated. Individual conditions of adhesion of metallic soap to the wall surface of plastic container or metallic container after the passage of a given period of time are checked to thereby enable comparison of treatment effects among the above items (a), (b) and (c). By this method, within a period of tens of minutes to several hours, it can be proven that the treatment (a) is superior to the treatment (b) in scale adhesion preventing effect.
