Abstract

A method of predicting crash performance based on deep learning from vehicle crash acceleration data includes performing, by an input unit, wavelet transform on vehicle crash acceleration data. The method also includes applying wavelet transform data to a pre-trained model. The method also includes concatenating a feature extracted from the pre-trained model with a vehicle crash performance index. The method also includes calculating a crash prediction result in a crash performance model through artificial neural network learning from concatenated data of the vehicle crash performance index and the extracted feature.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or diagnosing glaucoma, comprising a protein as an active ingredient. The present invention put efforts into research for the development of more effective and novel diagnosis for normal-tension glaucoma that has a high incidence rate. As a result, 12 biomarkers for diagnosing normal-tension glaucoma, which are differentially expressed in the aqueous humor, have been identified. By confirming that the expression of AMBP, IGFBP2, C7, B2M, CPB2, SERPIND1, and F12 proteins is up-regulated in the aqueous humor while the expression of DCD, ENO1, DSG1, and KPRP is down-regulated, the present invention has been completed. The present invention can be very useful in early diagnosis of normal-tension glaucoma (NTG).

Abstract

The present invention relates to a use of a pharmaceutical composition for treating stroke or sequelae following stroke, the composition comprising a phosphodiesterase type 5 activity inhibitor and a Rho-associated kinase (ROCK) inhibitor. The present invention relates to a use of a pharmaceutical composition for treating stroke or sequelae following stroke, the composition comprising a phosphodiesterase type 5 activity inhibitor and a Rho-associated kinase (ROCK) inhibitor. The present inventors have performed research, based on clinical knowledge related to stroke treatment, in order to use sildenafil and a ROCK inhibitor in combination to treat stroke or sequelae caused by stroke, and as a result, confirmed for the first time that stroke or sequelae caused by stroke were significantly improved when sildenafil and a ROCK inhibitor were co-administered compared to when sildenafil or the ROCK inhibitor was administered by itself. Therefore, it is expected that a pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention will be able to be effectively used for treating or studying stroke or stroke-related sequelae.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a use of a pharmaceutical composition for treating stroke or sequelae following stroke, the composition comprising a phosphodiesterase type 5 activity inhibitor and a Rho-associasted kinase (ROCK) inhibitor. The present inventors have performed research, based on clinical knowledge related to stroke treatment, in order to use sildenafil and a ROCK inhibitor in combination to treat stroke or sequelae caused by stroke, and as a result, confirmed for the first time that stroke or sequelae caused by stroke were significantly improved when sildenafil and a ROCK inhibitor were administered in combination compared to when sildenafil or the ROCK inhibitor was administered by itself. Therefore, it is expected that a pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention will be able to be effectively used for treating or studying stroke or stroke-related sequelae.

Abstract

Bifidobacterium longumLactobacillus rhamnosusLactobacillus rhamnosus, of the present invention, causes browning of white adipocytes and, particularly, it has been confirmed that beige adipocyte- and brown adipocyte-specific gene expression significantly increases over that of an untreated control group. In addition, as a result of experimentation on high fat diet-induced obese mice is carried out, each strain exhibits a weight gain inhibitory effect more significant than that of a negative control group, and an effect of increased expression of a thermogenesis-specific gene, in the white adipocytes of the mice, has been confirmed. Therefore, each of the lactic acid bacteria strains of Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus exhibits an anti-obesity effect so as to be effectively usable as a food, a drug or a feed for preventing or treating obesity, thereby being very useful in related industries.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a cell transformation method that enables highly efficient and functional cell transformation by applying sodium phenylbutyrate, tauroursodeoxycholic acid, or butylated hydroxyanisole, which are new regulation factors which can be used to explore cell organelle homeostasis during dedifferentiation and to control stress, during culturing. More particularly, according to the present invention, the addition of at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium phenylbutyrate, tauroursodeoxycholic acid, and butylated hydroxyanisole in the culturing process for cell transformation can not only promote cell transformation induction efficiency, but also dramatically reduces the time required to induce cell transformation. At such time, the sodium phenylbutyrate, tauroursodeoxycholic acid, or butylated hydroxyanisole inhibit ageing induction and oxidization stress that occur during the cell transformation induction process, and induces a cell proliferation and mitochondrial activity promotion effect, thereby effectively improving cell transformation inducing culture conditions.

Abstract

The present invention provides a method for preparing an injectable thermosensitive chitosan/TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibers hydrogel. The injectable thermosensitive chitosan/TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibers hydrogel exhibits superior biocompatibility through addition of TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibers, and excellent cell proliferation and bone regeneration through cellular interaction, and is gelled in vivo, thus being highly useful as a filler for wound healing and bone regeneration. In addition, the injectable thermosensitive chitosan/TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibers hydrogel exhibits excellent porosity, has an interconnected structure and is thermogelling, based on thermosensitivity of undergoing a sol-gel transition depending on temperature, thus inducing rapid gelation in vivo and facilitating bone regeneration upon implantation in vivo.

Abstract

The present invention provides a method for preparing an injectable thermosensitive hydrogel for preventing adhesion including mixing methyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol, oxidized cellulose nanofibers and carboxymethyl cellulose. The injectable thermosensitive hydrogel for preventing adhesion is a sol at a low temperature and induces rapid gelation upon in vivo implantation due to thermosensitivity. In addition, the hydrogel can be rapidly changed into physical hydrogel without separate additives or chemical reaction during in vivo condition. In addition, the injectable thermosensitive hydrogel for preventing adhesion exhibits excellent biodegradability and biocompatibility, has no cytotoxicity, inhibits in vitro migration of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (rBMSCs), and exhibits anti-adhesion efficacy in a rat model of sidewall defect-cecum abrasion in vivo, thus being useful as an effective anti-adhesive agent.
