The embodiments of the disclosure provide a method for reducing computational loading while generating a content and a host. An image display device including a first lens set, a diffractive optical element (DOE), a second lens set and a coupler. A head-mounted display device includes a display, two brackets, two buckles, and a headband module. The display has two buckling parts respectively located on opposite sides of the display.
