Abstract
A stirring device includes: a stirring tank that accommodates a fluid; a fluid blade that is rotated to make the fluid flow in the stirring tank; and a stirring blade that is provided between a bottom portion of the stirring tank and the fluid blade, is rotated to stir the fluid, and includes a substantially-plate-shaped blade portion that extends from a rotary shaft of the stirring blade to a side wall of the stirring tank, in which a normal direction of a stirring surface of the substantially-plate-shaped blade portion is inclined with respect to both an axial direction of the rotary shaft and a rotation direction of the blade portion, and a blade diameter of the substantially-plate-shaped blade portion in an extension direction is between about 50% and 70% of a tank diameter of the stirring tank.

Abstract
There is provided a stirring device including a stirring tank including an inner peripheral wall which is circular in cross section, at least one circulating impeller and at least one dispersion blade which are located inside the stirring tank and rotatable around a vertical axis independently of each other, and a guide ring disposed radially outward near the dispersion blade. The circulating impeller is disposed along the inner peripheral wall of the stirring tank, and rotates around the vertical axis to form at least a downward flow in a stirring object existing inside the stirring tank. This stirring device is provided with flow fins 3 and dispersing fins 4 that can rotate independently of each other and a guide ring 5 affixed in the vicinity of the outer diameter of the dispersing fins 4. The flow fins 3 are provided along the inner peripheral wall 2a of a stirring tank 2 and rotate around a vertical shaft to form at least a downward flow in the stirred object present within the stirring tank 2. Abstract
The support structure of a coke drum is provided in which the skirt joint part of the coke drum has improved durability. The coke drum comprises a cylindrical drum main body (1), an inverted-cone-shaped bottom plate (3) connected under the drum main body (1), and a cylindrical skirt (4) that supports the drum main body (1), and includes an annular joint piece (10) through which the drum main body (1), the bottom plate (3), and the skirt (4) have been jointed to one another, the joint piece (10) being an integral member composed of an upper barrel part (11) jointed to the lower end of the drum main body (1), a lower inner leg part (13) jointed to the upper end of the bottom plate (3), and a lower outer leg part (14) jointed to the upper end of the skirt (4). Since the joint piece (10) is in an integral form and the drum main body (1), the bottom plate (3), and the skirt (4) have been bonded with this joint piece (10), the coke drum has a structure in which there is no weld at the sites where stress concentrates. Because of this, fatigue endurance improves. Furthermore, the integral piece can have a shape less apt to suffer stress concentration, because the shape can be obtained by machine cutting.
