Abstract

In a brake-disc intermediate product, a corrugated portion is molded using an upper mold and a lower mold. The brake-disc intermediate product is set in a mold, the mold has a slope corresponding to the corrugated portion, and an angular portion formed along the outer circumferential edge of the corrugated portion is in contact with the slope in a state where the brake-disc intermediate product is set in the mold. The angular portion in contact with the slope is deformed by pressing the brake-disc intermediate product in a direction of the mold, to mold a chamfer portion. The slope is formed so that a chamfering angle formed with respect to an inner bottom surface of the mold is larger at a portion in contact with the concave portion than a chamfering angle at a portion in contact with the convex portion.

Abstract

The present invention improves brake feeling with a brake disc having a corrugated part in which recesses and protrusions are formed repeatedly around the outer circumference. A brake disc 1 has an outer circumferential portion 2 having a corrugated part 10 in which recesses 10a and protrusions 10b are formed repeatedly around the outer circumference. In order to make heat capacity distributions in the circumferential direction and the radial direction substantially uniform in the outer circumferential portion 2, the outer circumferential portion 2 are formed so that, in a plurality of circumferential divisions of the outer circumferential portion divided into equal angles along the circumferential direction, the ratio of the heat capacity difference between the circumferential divisions to the heat capacity in each of the circumferential divisions is less than or equal to a first predetermined ratio and that, in a plurality of radial divisions of the outer circumferential portion divided into equal-length parts along the radial direction, the ratio of the heat capacity difference between the radial divisions to the heat capacity in each of the radial divisions is less than or equal to a second predetermined ratio.

Abstract

The present invention reduces differences in the chamfering amounts of recesses and protrusions in a brake disc having a corrugated section in which recesses and protrusions are formed in a repeating manner on the outer circumference. In this method for producing a brake disc, an upper mold (31) and a lower mold (32) are used to form a corrugated section in which recesses (10a) and protrusions (10b) are formed in a repeating manner in a brake disc intermediate product (30), the brake disc intermediate product is set in a die, the die has an inclined surface (51) corresponding to the corrugated section, a corner section (46) formed along the outer circumferential edge of the corrugated section is brought into contact with the inclined surface when the brake disc intermediate product is set in the die, the brake disc intermediate product is pressed in the direction of the die, the corner section is brought into contact with the inclined surface and deformed so that a chamfered section (40) is formed, and the inclined surface is formed so that the chamfering angle formed with respect to the inner bottom surface of the die is larger at the parts brought into contact with the recesses than at the parts brought into contact with the protrusions. The clearance (A + α) between the upper mold and the lower mold in the recesses is larger than the clearance (A) between the upper mold and the lower mold in the protrusions.

Abstract

The present invention provides a two-part urethane-based adhesive agent composition for automobiles, which has a high curing rate and excellent productivity, has such a property that a cured article formed from a first solution alone shows little change in physical properties compared with a cured article formed from a mixture of the first solution and a second solution, and can satisfy the performance required for an adhesive agent for automobiles even when the second solution is not used in the adhesive agent composition. The present invention relates to a two-part urethane-based adhesive agent composition for automobiles, which comprises (1) a first solution containing an isocyanate-group-terminal polyether polyol compound and (2) a second solution containing a polyol compound and a curing catalyst, wherein a cured product of the first solution alone has an elastic modulus of 5 to 20 MPa and a percentage of elongation of 300 to 850% and a cured product of a mixture composed of the first solution and the second solution at a mixing ratio of 100:10 has an elastic modulus of 3 to 20 MPa and a percentage of elongation of 300 to 650%.

Abstract

The present invention makes it possible to cause a high-viscosity material into which a gas has been mixed to be fed to a subsequent step in a continuous and non-pulsating manner, achieve compatibility with high-viscosity materials having a variety of viscosities, and easily change the expansion ratio of the high-viscosity material. A gas mixing device 1 is provided with: a gas discharge port 14 provided in proximity to a pipeline space through which the high-viscosity material is able to flow; a piston pump 10 provided with a cylinder 11 capable of communicating with the pipeline space through the discharge port 14, a piston 12 disposed in the cylinder, and a driving means for moving the piston in the cylinder between top dead center and bottom dead center; a discharge valve 30 for opening or closing the discharge port 14; and an intake valve 20 for opening or closing a gas intake port via which gas is taken into a cylinder space. When the piston 12 is at top dead center, a cylinder space of a predetermined volume is formed in the cylinder 11. When the piston 12 moves towards the bottom dead center, the tip of the piston approaches the discharge port.

In the brake disk of the present invention, the two brake disk plates (2, 3) are superimposed in a manner such that the two brake disk plates (2, 3) are slid on each other by vibration occurring when the brake disk operates, and parameters relating to one or more of the lightening holes, plate thicknesses, diameters, bending are varied. In addition, the lightening holes (4) are formed in at least one of the brake disk plates (2, 3), and one or more parameters selected from the number of the lightening holes (4), the shapes of the lightening holes (4), the sizes of the lightening holes (4), and the positions of the lightening holes (4) are varied.

Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an environmental biological allergen measurement method capable of simple and low-cost measurement of the amount of an environmental biological allergen without using anti-allergen antibodies or a special substrate, and to provide a simple biological allergen quantification kit for carrying out the method. The foregoing can be achieved by a biological allergen measurement method characterized in that the amount of an environmental biological allergen is measured by bringing a test substance into contact with a water-soluble gel or aqueous solution containing a substrate of the protease of the environmental biological allergen, and by quantifying the physical change of the water-soluble gel or aqueous solution caused by the effect of the protease contained in the test substance on the substrate.
