The continuity of the implementation of the oral care behaviors is determined on the basis of the information about the implementation of the oral care behaviors and the usage start dates, and the higher the continuity, the more beneficial points are awarded.

There is described a bone graft substitute which combines substantially the high mechanical stability of spherical porous granules without the limitation of reduced intergranular space. The structure inside the granules has a high porosity whilst maintaining high stability, so that the granules can be pushed into a defect without risking significant breakage of the granules and, at the same time, the bone cells can grow into the space between the granules. Abstract

A method is proposed for producing an interdental cleaner, which has a plastic carrier in rod form in which laterally protruding bristles are embedded. A filament array comprising multiple filament strands is thereby inserted into a holding cartridge and fixed in a predetermined alignment in the holding cartridge by means of a holding device. The holding cartridge is subsequently inserted into an injection-moulding device and the filament array is encapsulated with plastic in the injection-moulding device to form multiple plastic carriers in rod form that are arranged spaced apart next to one another. The filament strands forming the filament array are subsequently severed, at least in the portions lying between adjacent carriers in rod form. A device for carrying out the method is additionally proposed.
