A terrace or balcony glazing system comprises a frame with an upper guide track and a lower guide track as well as glazing elements, wherein at least some of the glazing elements are movable along the upper guide track and the lower guide track. The glazing system also comprises at least one above-described blind which is fastened to the frame of the glazing system, separately from the glazing elements.

The sunshade comprises a first edge strip and a second edge strip, at least two conductor wires extending from the first edge strip to the second edge strip and a movable protective curtain suspended from the conductor wires. Method and fastening element for installing a sunshade in a glazing part
A sunshade is installed to a glazing part, which comprises a transparent sheet with a first end edge and second end edge and a first side edge and second side edge. The side edges are free edges of the sheet. At least one first fastening element is attached close to the first end edge of the transparent sheet and at least one second fastening element is attached close to the second end edge of the transparent sheet, and the sunshade is suspended on the said fastening elements. The first and second fastening elements are attached to the side edges of the transparent sheet.
The fastener is intended to be attached to a glazing element, which has a glass sheet and at least one frame part setting against the surface of the glass sheet. The fastener has a support part and a fastening element to be inserted into the gap between the glass sheet and frame. The fastening element comprises a locking element for locking to the surface of the frame part facing the glass sheet. The fastener installed in place remains in place in the gap between the frame part and glass sheet by means of the locking element without any other attachment elements. The locking element can be a locking projection turning to an angle from the plane of the fastening element, a flexible locking tongue turning to an angle from the plane of the fastening element or a rigid locking tip. The support part may comprise gripping means for attaching to the edge rail of the sunshade. In the method the fastener is attached to a glazing element so that at least part of the fastening element of the fastener is inserted into the gap between the glass sheet and frame part and by locking the fastening element to the surface of the frame part facing the glass sheet.

The invention relates to a fastener for fastening a sunshade to the edge profile of a balcony glazing including a gap. In the fastener, there are a base (10) in which are arranged L-shaped fastening brackets (12) for fastening to the sunshade and a fastening part (14) by means of which the fastener is fastened to the edge profile. Advantageously, the shape of the base is plate-like, whereby the fastening part is arranged on a first surface of the base and the fastening brackets are arranged on a second surface of the base. By means of the fastening part, the fastener can be fastened to the gap of the edge profile without separate fastening elements and without tools or auxiliary devices. In the fastening part, there are a first mating surface (20) which is arranged to settle against the first edge surface of the gap, and a second mating surface (22) which is arranged to settle against the second edge surface of the gap. Advantageously, the shape of at least the second mating surface is through-like. The first mating surface and the second mating surface are connected to each other by a spring part (18) for pressing the mating surfaces against the edge surfaces of the gap. The material of the fastener is advantageously plastic, composite material or metal, such as aluminium.
