Abstract
A cylinder acceleration mechanism includes a buffer tank that supplies and discharges oil to and from a bottom-side line that is connected to a bottom-side chamber of an actuating cylinder, and an inversion lever having an intermediate fulcrum as a rotation axis. The buffer tank includes a buffer chamber with a variable capacity achieved by a seal lid moving back and forth inside of a case, and extends and reduces a length of a coupling rod provided to the seal lid and projects from the case. A bottom-side branching line branched from the bottom-side line is connected to the buffer chamber. The actuating rod of the actuating cylinder and the coupling rod of the buffer tank are coupled to respective ends of the inversion lever. The actuating rod and the coupling rod extend and retract alternately with respect to each other as the inversion lever turns.

Abstract
Provided is a cylinder acceleration mechanism comprising: a buffer tank (2) that supplies and discharges oil with respect to a bottom-side line (6) which connects to a bottom-side compartment (11) of an operation cylinder (1); and an inversion lever (4) for which an intermediate fulcrum (41) serves as the oscillation axis. The buffer tank (2) includes a buffer compartment (21) the capacity of which can be varied by a seal lid (23) that advances and retracts inside of a case (25), and a linking rod (24) provided to the seal lid (23) extends and contracts the length thereof by which to project from the case (25). By using the foregoing configuration, a bottom-side branching line (61) which branches from the bottom-side line (6) connects to the buffer compartment (21); an operation rod (14) of the operation cylinder (1) and the linking rod (24) of the buffer tank (2) are respectively coupled to both ends of the inversion lever (4); and as the inversion lever (4) oscillates, the operation rod (14) and the linking rod (24) extend and contract alternately with respect to each other.

Abstract
A hydraulic device (1) wherein an operating cylinder (2) and an acceleration cylinder (3) are equipped with pistons (5, 12), rods (6, 13), and tubes (4, 11), with the tubes (4, 11) partitioned into rod-side compartments (8, 15) and bottom-side compartments (7, 14) by means of the pistons (5, 12). When there is no load and the rod (6) of the operating cylinder (2) extends, a circuit is created wherein the oil in the bottom-side compartment (14) of the acceleration cylinder (3) is supplied to the bottom-side compartment (7) of the operating cylinder (2) through a bottom line (27), and when there is a load and the rod (6) of the operating cylinder (2) extends, a circuit is created wherein the oil supplied to the bottom line (27) without passing through the acceleration cylinder (3) is supplied to the bottom-side compartment (7) of the operating cylinder (2). Switching from the no-load circuit to the load circuit is performed on the basis of the detection of the pressure in the bottom line (27).
