Abstract

A non-slip cold-resistant loop mat and a manufacturing method therefor. The non-slip cold-resistant loop mat includes a non-slip mesh layer (1) and a loop layer arranged on the non-slip mesh layer (1); the loop layer includes a flat loop base layer, and a plurality of vertical filaments (2) and a plurality of arched loops (3) erected on the loop base layer; both the vertical filaments (2) and the arched loops (3) are provided with particles (4); the non-slip mesh layer (1) is of a porous structure; upper ends of the vertical filaments (2) extend upwards; the arched loops (3) are vertically arranged; and the particles (4) are fixed on the vertical filaments (2) and the arched loops (3) in an adhesive manner. The influence of the temperature on the overall hardness of the loop mat is small, and the anti-slip performance of the loop mat is improved.

Abstract

A floor mat unit, a method for manufacturing the floor mat unit, and a combined floor mat having spliced straight seams. The floor mat unit comprises a unit body (1), a plurality of fasteners (2) which are provided on at least one side of the unit body (1) and extend outwards, and a plurality of clamping grooves (3) which are provided on at least one side of the unit body (1); the clamping grooves (3) are provided on the lower surface of the floor mat unit, and the clamping grooves (3) are used for fitting the fasteners (2) of an adjacent floor mat unit when a plurality of floor mat units are spliced, so that a single straight splicing seam (7) is formed between two adjacent floor mat units; and the outer profile shape of the fasteners (2) corresponds to the inner profile shape of the fitted clamping grooves (3), and the depth of the fasteners (2) is smaller than the thickness of the unit body (1). After a plurality of floor mat units are spliced, the upper and lower surfaces of the floor mat units do not have any gap, thereby effectively preventing water/moisture, dust and garbage, etc. from entering from sides or back gaps; in addition, the floor mat unit has good moisture-proof and weather-resistant properties, and is not easy to deform.

The cold-resistant material is used to manufacture the loops of the non-slip cold-resistant loop mat, such that the influence of the temperature on the overall hardness of the loop mat is small, the non-slip cold-resistant loop mat is suitable for outdoor pavements in severely cold weather, and the anti-slip performance of the loop mat is improved, thereby improving the safety of a user walking on a pavement.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is a composite mat having a diatomite board, and a manufacturing method therefor. The composite mat comprises a base mat and a diatomite board, the base mat being made of a foam material, and a limiting area being provided on the upper surface of the base mat. Through holes are provided in a recessed bottom of the limiting area, and the lower surface of the base mat forms an upwardly-arcing surface at least in the region on the periphery of the through holes, such that the through holes are raised off the ground. The composite mat has a first state and a second state. In the first state, the diatomite board is arranged inside the limiting area of the base mat, and the upper surface of the diatomite board is higher than or level with the upper surface of the base mat. In the second state, the diatomite board is separated from the base mat. In the present invention, a diatomite board is placed on a base mat to form a composite mat, and holes passing vertically through the base mat help maintain breathability of the bottom portion of the diatomite board, speeding the volatilization of moisture in the diatomite board. The foam base mat both protects the diatomite board and improves the comfort of treading on the diatomite board.
