The present invention provides a heat seal device with which it is possible to appropriately change a pressing force applied from a heat seal roll to a packaging film in accordance with the feeding speed of the packaging film and perform heat sealing in a reliable manner at all times, and a filling and packaging machine provided with the same. A heat seal device for clamping a long packaging film using a pair of heat seal rolls installed parallel to each other and forming a heat seal part, the heat seal device being provided with: a pressing means comprising a first cylinder and a second cylinder, the pressing means performing pressing due to the effect of fluid pressure and thereby causing the packaging film to be clamped by the heat seal rolls; a fluid pressure control means for making it possible to adjust the fluid pressing force of the pressing means; and a higher-level control means for controlling the fluid pressure control means so that an appropriate pressing force is obtained from the sum of the pressing force of the first cylinder and the pressing force of the second cylinder, and so that one or both of the first cylinder and the second cylinder is actuated according to the feeding speed of the packaging film.

Provided is a flexible A-shaped bonded package that allows anyone, old or young, man or woman, to easily extract from the package a single type of packaged liquid material filled and packaged in a filling space for an object of packing material, that does not require such tools as scissors, and that eliminates the need of disposing cut-off pieces or the like. A soft packaging bag having a spout, where, at the beginning of pouring of a packaged object from the bag by tilting the bag by little and little and while adjusting the flow rate of the object, the object is unlikely to drop along that side edge of the bag which is located under the spout. The packaging bag has a tearing guide portion for forming the spout. A water repellent layer is provided on the outer surface of a side that is to be positioned at least under the spout in an attitude where the object is poured.
This invention provides a liquid packaging bag, which can easily be opened, can realize a good open state, and can prevent liquid dripping and spreading in the spouting of the packed object. The liquid packaging bag has been produced by folding back a laminated film comprising at least a base film layer and a sealant layer in the widthwise direction so that, upon folding-back, the sealant layers face each other, then mutually heat sealing the side edges lengthwise, and conducting lateral sealing of the upper and lower ends. This packaging bag is provided with a narrow-width spout passage, which has not been heat sealed lengthwise in the upper lateral sealing part and is in communication with a packing object receiving space, provided in any one folding-back corner part, and an arc or straight tear inducing flaw which is provided from the upper end edge of the upper end lateral seal part toward one corner part of the spout passage.
A coupled portion of mutual laminate films sufficiently contributes to the formation of a packaging bag in that the coupled portion itself has excellent air tightness and liquid tightness. The tensile strength required for the laminate film is given to the coupled portion, whereby a temporary stop of a packaging apparatus is useless when a connecting portion of the laminate film is passed through the apparatus, thereby enhancing the operation efficiency and improving the yield of the material.
