Abstract

A mechanical closure for includes a cap hinged in an oscillating manner about an axis, a pair of tie-rods respectively articulated at their first end on opposite sides of the cap with respect to the axis and hinged at their opposite second end on a corresponding first end of a respective arm. Each arm is provided at its second opposite end with a respective pin the pins being coaxial and intended to hinge the arms on a neck of a bottle. An arc connects the arms to one another so that the arms may be jointly actuated to rotate about the respective pin. The mechanical closure includes a tamper indicator provided to indicate the first opening of the mechanical closure includes a band which interconnects the arms and/or the tie-rods on the side opposite the arc so as to prevent the arms from oscillating about the respective pins.

Abstract

Pouring stopper for bottles, comprising a pouring body which includes a first element in the form of a sleeve for insertion into a bottleneck. An axial passage is defined in the first element. The pouring body also includes a second element that comprises a collar and a pouring spout, both being tubular and coaxial. The first and the second element are structurally independent of one another and are assembled by inserting the pouring spout into the axial passage in the first element in part. The collar of the second element is fastened to the pouring spout by means of at least one preferential fracture point, the breakage of which is indicative of tampering.

Abstract

A mechanical closure for bottles and the like comprising a cap (3) hinged in an oscillating manner about an axis (X), a pair of tie-rods (7) respectively articulated at their first end (9) on opposite sides of the cap (3) with respect to the axis (X) and hinged at their opposite second end (10) on a corresponding first end (11) of a respective arm (12). Each arm (12) is provided at its second opposite end (13) with a respective pin (14), the pins (14) being coaxial and intended to hinge the arms (12) on a neck (C) of a bottle. The arms (12) are connected to one another by an arc (15) provided so that the arms (12) may be jointly actuated to rotate about the respective pin (14). The mechanical closure comprises a tamper indicator (16) provided to indicate the first opening of the mechanical closure (1). The tamper indicator (16) comprises a band (17) which interconnects the arms (12) and/or the tie-rods (7) on the side opposite the arc (15) so as to prevent the arms (12) from oscillating about the respective pins (14).

Abstract

A cap with a mushroom head and a tamper indicator, including a cap body with a stem extending axially from a head, both of substantially cylindrical shape, the head being wider than the stem, and a tamper indicator disposed to indicate the first removal of the cap from a bottle capped with the cap. The tamper indicator comprises a collar rigid with the head of the cap and a skirt which is rigid at the outset with the collar but may be removed by tearing it therefrom when the bottle is first opened, said skirt being provided with hook means disposed to hook the cap by means of the collar to a hook take-up means on the bottle when the bottle is first capped.
