Abstract
In a motor current optimization control method and system, while the motor runs steadily at a set speed, one d-axis current command value of the input current is set to 0. Then, the d-axis current command value is step-wisely increased by an increment at least twice. At least three real-time feedback current values can be collected from detecting a feedback current of an AC power. When an instant detected is smaller than the previous detected, the d-axis current command value is increased. When the instant detected is greater than the previous detected, the d-axis current command value corresponding to the previous detected is a minimum feedback current value and is defined as the optimized d-axis current command value. The optimized d-axis current command value is set as the d-axis current command value of the input current to control the motor to keep running steadily at the set speed.

Abstract
In a refrigerator storage temperature control method, according to a target temperature (Ts), a regulated temperature upper limit value (T1) and an allowable temperature upper limit value (T2) are defined. According to T1 and T2, an adjustment interval, an allowable temperature interval and a convergent cooling interval are defined. A detection temperature is periodically detected and updated with a detection period, the detection temperature in the previous detection period is a previous temperature, and the detection temperature in the instant detection period is a current temperature. A control module performs RPS-m for a compressor when the current temperature falls within the adjustment interval, RPS+0 when the current temperature falls within the allowable temperature interval, and RPS+o when the current and previous temperatures fall within the convergent cooling interval and the allowable temperature interval, respectively. Detection, judgment and control are repeated until the current temperature falls within the allowable temperature interval.

A method and a device are used to generate a control command. A resolution base value and a resolution-tick corresponding function are created. A first operation frequency value, a minimal tick value and a resolution value are received to calculate a resolution ratio and a second operation frequency. A conversional tick value is calculated. If or not the conversional tick value is greater than or equal to the minimal tick value is determined. If the conversion tick value is smaller than the minimal tick value, the minimal tick value, the conversional tick value and the second operation frequency are used to calculate a conversional operation frequency. A conversional resolution ratio is calculated according to the first operation frequency and the conversional operation frequency, and also a modified tick value is calculated. The control command is output according to the modified tick value, the first operation frequency and the conversion operation frequency.

Abstract
A system includes a control module, a velocity-detecting module and a state-analyzing module. The control module generates a control command to control the servo drive system, and bases on the control command to define angular-acceleration standard ranges with respect to detection times. The velocity-detecting module detects output angular-velocity values of the servo motor with respect to detection times upon when the servo motor is driven. The state-analyzing module includes a processing unit and an abnormal-state judging unit. The processing unit stores the output angular-velocity values, and bases on the output angular-velocity values to calculate output angular-acceleration values with respect to the detection times. The abnormal-state judging unit determines whether or not each of the output angular-acceleration values with respect to each of the corresponding detection times is within the respective angular-acceleration standard range and thereby to generate corresponding comparison results.

A system for managing real-time work information of a motor fitting provides a sensor set at the motor fitting to transmit the real-time work information to a processing module. A processing unit of the processing module sends type information and a real-time work parameter according to the real-time work information.
