Abstract

The present invention relates to a photovoltaic solar concentration module that has a plastic housing which means that solar rays can never be concentrated in certain areas of the inner surface of the housing that are not protected from solar radiation, with the result that said zones are never burnt, and therefore the interior surface of the photovoltaic solar concentration module does not need to be covered with metallic plates over its entire surface since there are zones thereof that are always inaccessible to solar rays.

Abstract

Device for machining notches in headrest tubes, comprising a securing matrix that supports a tube in which notches are to be made, positioning in a press that exerts pressure thereon in the vertical direction such that the tube is held rigidly within the securing matrix. Furthermore, the device has a roller holder in which at least one roller freely rotates such that it is connected, by means of an arm, to a vertical displacement mechanism formed by a motor, a cam and a connecting rod, which allows upward and downward movements thereof. Furthermore, a motor is coupled, by means of a spindle, to the assembly formed by the securing matrix and the press, allowing horizontal movement thereof.

Abstract

System for machining notches in a head-restraint tube comprising: -A matrix (4) for securing a tube (1) on which the notches are to be made; -A first press (6) for exerting pressure on; -A wedge (7) that transmits the pressure on the matrix (4) for securing the tube (1); -A roller-guide holder (5) in which there is a series of roller guides (8) and (9), which rotate freely within said roller-guide-holder component (5); -A second press (10) responsible for an up/down movement of the roller-guide holder component (5). By virtue of the system, notches can be made in the tube without weakening the tube, without causing fissures, and without the need to carry out subsequent polishing, thereby promoting the later coating process.
