Abstract

Disclosed is a studded membrane for underfloor heating, of the detaching membrane type which also acts as a support for the laying of electrical conductors. The studded membrane has one waterproof plastic sheet coupled to one base layer for anchoring the membrane on the laying plane, with studs which protrude from the membrane-plane and are arranged in a matrix with regular center to center distance in such a way to obtain hollow and continuous spaces among them in the form of corridors. A heating cable is retained and placed among the studs. In particular, adhesive curbs are provided to retain the heating cable and are made up of a glue laid in strips on the membrane-plane, in correspondence with the corridors among the studs acting as laying corridors for the glue.

Abstract

Rigid panel for construction (10), of the multi-layer type, made up of a central layer (101) in XPS polystyrene or expanded polyurethane, and of an outer layer (102a, 102b), structurally cooperating, in a particular two-component polyurethane resin (A1- A12, B1). They (102a, 102b) are combined in an integral and symmetrical way to the two opposite faces of the central layer (101), a layer on each face, being directly formed thereon with equal thickness and formulation, so as to obtain a rigid panel (10) provided with a high resistance to bending, impacts, damp and also able to support the direct grab of glues or cement mortars. The panel is usable as an element for building walls, infill walls, floors or subfloors, it supports the direct laying of tiles or plasters, and it is suitable for damp environments as in the case of bathrooms, saunas, laundry rooms or kitchens.

Abstract

Separating membrane of plastic material, made up of a bossed and waterproof sheet which is coupled with a permeable base layer. The bosses are of the cylindrical type with a double diameter and have such a shape and arrangement as to feature improved adhesion on both faces. The gripping of the adhesive is increased in order to obtain greater tear strength, on the upper face, and at the same time increases the area of contact with the base layer for a greater resistance to delamination on the lower face. In particular, inside each chamber there is an internal crown, which divides it like a necking into two superimposed compartments having the same diameter, wherein the first compartment has a depth amounting to at least ⅓ of the total. A production process for obtaining the membrane is also disclosed.

Abstract

Separating membrane (10) of plastic material, made up of a bossed and waterproof sheet (100) which is coupled with a permeable base layer (101); the bosses (102) are of the cylindrical type with a double diameter (D1, D2) and have such a shape and arrangement as to feature improved adhesion on both faces (110-111). The invention increases the gripping of the adhesive in order to obtain greater tear strength, on the upper face, and at the same time increases the area of contact with the base layer for a greater resistance to delamination on the lower face. In particular, inside each chamber (103) there is an internal crown (104), which divides it like a necking (D2) into two superimposed compartments (105-6) having the same diameter (D1), wherein the first compartment has a depth (H1) amounting to at least ⅓ of the total (H). The invention also relates to the production process for obtaining said membrane (10).
