Abstract

A chainring installation structure includes a crank, a spindle, and a swing assembly. The spindle includes a first rotational axis, and one end of the spindle is connected to the crank. The crank drives the spindle to cause the spindle to rotate about the first rotational axis. The swing assembly is disposed at one end of the spindle adjacent to the crank without contacting the crank. The swing assembly can shift axially relative to the spindle. The swing assembly includes a second rotational axis that crosses the first rotational axis, in which the swing assembly can rotate about the second rotational axis.

Abstract

A drive chain includes a plurality of outer plates, inner plates and pins. Each outer plate has two outer pivoting holes and two first protruding surfaces. A virtual line connecting the centers of the outer pivoting holes of each outer plate is defined as a first major axis. Each inner plate has two inner pivoting ends and a first protruding portion. A virtual line connecting the centers of the two inner pivoting holes of each inner plate is defined as a second major axis. The first protruding portion has a second protruding surface. Each pin is threaded through two inner plates and two outer plates. An included angle is formed between the first and second major axes. The first protruding surface contacts and overlaps the second protruding surface to form an overlapping region whose area decreases as the included angle decreases.

Abstract

An electronic rear derailleur includes a driving unit, a gearbox, a base portion, and a derailleur portion. The gearbox includes a biasing member, a first power gear, a second power gear, a first passive gear, and a second passive gear. The first power gear connects with the driving unit. Force is transmitted from the first power gear to the second power gear through the biasing member. The second power gear meshes the first passive gear and the second passive gear. The first passive gear and the second passive gear are respectively used to allow relative rotation between the gearbox and the derailleur portion with respect to the base portion, whereby the chain of a bicycle can be moved to engage with different sprockets to achieve the purpose of shifting.

Abstract

A bicycle component fastening device includes a bicycle component body having a beam, a first adjusting element, a second adjusting element and a fastening element. The first adjusting element has a first assembly end and is fixedly coupled with the beam. The second adjusting element is coupled with the beam and has a second assembly end and an operating element. The operating element drives the second adjusting element to move towards or away from the first adjusting element. The fastening element has a first assembly portion engaging the first assembly end and a second assembly portion engaging the second assembly end. When the operating element drives the second adjusting element to move close to the first adjusting element, part of the second assembly end slips out of the second assembly portion such that the fastening element moves away from the beam.
