Abstract

[Problem] A system of one example of the present invention supports improvement in the convenience of one or a plurality of sensors. [Solution] A machine, comprising: a duct part comprising an inflow port where air can flow in from below, a curved portion that curves the flow of air to the side from below, and an outflow port where air can flow out from the side, the duct part being formed such that air can move from the inflow port to the outflow port; a blower unit that is positioned inside the duct part and comprises a blower that can move air; a support part that is positioned inside the duct part and supports a sensor unit for measuring environmental data; a control unit that controls the blower unit and the sensor unit; and a power supply unit that provides power to the blower unit, the sensor unit, and the control unit. The cross-sectional area of the duct part in which the sensor of the sensor unit is installed is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the inflow port of the duct part. [Selected Drawing] FIG. 2

[Problem] An example system of the present invention is capable of collecting information about plants in a more appropriate manner. [Resolution Means] A system, provided with: an acquisition unit that acquires data on object spectrum data; a calculation unit that, based on the data on object spectrum data, calculates information on a BAND-INDEX including an error bar; and a determination unit that performs a comparative determination of the information on a BAND-INDEX including an error bar and information on a BAND-INDEX including an error bar for a specific plant type. The system, wherein the specific plant type is a specific weed type, and the determination unit determines whether the error bar for a BAND-INDEX based on data on the object spectrum data overlaps with an error bar for a BAND-INDEX based on the specific type of weed.

Abstract

It is intended to provide a method of assaying the active ingredient of a termite controlling agent, whereby the active ingredient of the termite controlling agent can be assayed while achieving favorable handling properties at the application site by using an immunoassay method, and a kit therefor. Namely, a kit for assaying the active ingredient of a termite controlling agent by an immunoassay method which comprises: (1) an extraction unit for extracting the active ingredient of a termite controlling agent with a solvent from a sampled subject to be assayed; and (2) a reaction unit comprising a reaction container (4) in which a discriminating antigen is enclosed, a immobilization member (2) for immobilizing an antibody that is the active ingredient of the termite controlling agent, and a sealing member (1) that can be fitted into the reaction container, characterized in that an antigen-antibody reaction is conducted therein by contacting with the sample solution or a diluted sample solution; optionally together with (3) a detection unit for detecting, either with the naked eye or optically, a change depending on the concentration of the active ingredient in the termite controlling agent in the sampled subject caused by the above-described reaction; and (4) a dilution unit for diluting the sample solution at a definite ratio.
