Abstract

Method for operating a mining machine for coal mining in the underground coal face of a coal mine. The plurality of timbering and walling units (1-18) in longwall face length as well as the cutting machine (21), which can be moved along the coal impact, are automatically or semi-automatically controlled so that the setpoint cross section is determined as drive-through model (38) of the required transit cross-section, which the mining machine requires, for each face cross section along the route of the mining machine and stored in the memory of the face control device. The actual passage cross section is determined in each face cross-section and, including the reference points of the measurement, is superimposed in the face control device to the stored drive-through model. The face control device transmits a signal, which is processable in the sense of the movement clearance, to the operating control of the mining machine as a function thereof that the stored drive-through model fits into the determined actual cross-section without excess at the reference points of the measurement. In addition, condition variables are determined which are not taken into account in the drive-through model. The drive-through model is defined by the contour (contour model) which circumscribes the required passage cross-section as a contour or as a surface. Electronic cameras (36) can serve to detect the actual image data, which are suspended in certain intervals along the face.

Abstract

A known metering system for automatically maintaining a predefinable concentration of a liquid corrosion inhibitor in the aqueous hydraulic liquid of a water-hydraulic hydraulic system is characterized in that the measuring circuit can be disconnected from the hydraulic system (controllable valves 14, 15), in that the measuring circuit can be short-circuited between the outlet line and the inlet line by means of controllable valves 16, 17 and can be connected to a source (cleaning tank 18) of a cleaning liquid for a cleaning circuit. As a result, a cleaning liquid for cleaning the concentration sensor can be circulated in the measuring circuit for a predefinable time. For the purpose of calibration, the metering system can be charged with a reference liquid with a known inhibitor concentration, in particular water, in particular water from the public supply. Further sensors (23-25) can be connected into the measuring circuit.

Abstract

The invention relates to a control device for an extracting unit in the face of a mine, for actuating the hydraulic actuator in the sense of drawing, stepping, setting, and having a plurality of main valves for connecting the actuator of the extracting unit to a main pressure line and a main return line, and a similar plurality of pilot valves, each associated with a main valve for adjusting same and connected to the main pressure line via a pilot pressure line common to all pilot valves and connected to the main return line via a return line common to the main valves and the pilot valves. The pilot pressure line (13) can be shut off and the return line (9) can be blocked off from the main return line (5) and connected to a measuring device (20) for measuring escaping hydraulic fluid. By selectively blocking off or unblocking the pilot pressure line (13), the inner leak rate of the valve block can be determined separately for the main valves and the pilot valves. The measuring device (20) can be a flow rate meter or other flow meter disposed in a bypass. By setting a check valve (22) in the bypass, the return line (9) is permeated only when a limit pressure is exceeded, but the bypass is always permeated, even when the pressure line is blocked off.

Abstract

The invention relates to a stope supporting structure for face support in mines, wherein in order to actuate the hydraulic cylinders for carrying out the removal functions, an operating pressure is applied to an operating pressure line lain in the coal face. A pressure increasing pump (6) in the form of a differential cylinder (7) comprising a differential piston (8) is inserted between the main valve and the working chamber of the hydraulic cylinder (7), parallel to the pressure line. The small piston surface of the pump piston in the differential cylinder forms a pump chamber which is connected to the pressure line leading to the working chamber of the hydraulic cylinder by means of a return valve opening in the outlet direction of the pump chamber. An impulse-actuated reversing valve (19) controlled by the differential piston (8) is provided in order to recurrently apply the operating pressure to the working chamber.

A plug contact pairing comprises a plug pot (1) with contact pins (31), as well as a plug head (2) with contact circuits (32) for connection of electrical line ends (25, 26). A profiled ring (securing ring) is used to mount the plug head in an interlocking manner in the plug pot, is incorporated with a part of its cross section in a circumferential groove in the plug head and, during closure of the plug contact pairing, latches with the rest of its cross section into a groove on the internal circumference of the plug pot. By virtue of the shape and material of the securing ring and the slot shape, the plug head (2) can be pulled out of the plug pot (1) only with a tensile force which is greater than the limit value. In one development, the plug head (2) is mounted with an identical connection in the plug housing (3), in which case the mounting ring connection is designed in comparison to the securing ring connection such that the tensile force with which the plug head can be pulled out of the plug pot is less than that by means of which the plug head is held in the plug housing by the mounting ring connection.

Abstract

The shield control device of a longwall shield for carrying out the longwall functions of the longwall shield in the longwall face working in a mine is associated with a distributing device upstream of a group of functional elements. Each of the functional elements of the longwall shield is associated with an exclusive address code word, on the call of which the internal connection between the shield control device and the functional elements depends. The distributing device is arranged in close proximity to the functional elements. The functional elements are valves or sensors.
