Abstract

[Problem] To provide a novel highly-realistic rail for a railway model without degrading conductivity. [Solution] This track, which is for a railway model and has a metallic rail 3, has a copper plated layer 4 on at least a side surface of the rail 3. A chemical conversion treatment layer 5 is formed on the surface of the copper plated layer 4, thereby causing the external appearance of the rail 3 to be brown colored. The chemical conversion treatment layer 5 can be formed, for example, in an antique copper finished layer formed by antique copper finishing, which is a type of chemical conversion treatment. The color obtained by the chemical conversion treatment represented by the antique copper finishing is considered to be the color of corroded iron in railway rails, and this treatment is thus employed as a model representation method.

Abstract

A model vehicle control device and method to realize section block control with high extensibility, which can flexibly support various layouts. A section determination unit determines whether a preceding vehicle exists in a section that a vehicle is about to enter. An entry condition determination unit determines, when the vehicle is about to enter a section with constraint, whether a current state in the section satisfies an entry condition. When the current state of the section with constraint does not satisfy the entry condition, a section control unit does not allow entry of a target vehicle to the section, regardless of a determination result of the section determination unit, until the section becomes a state that satisfies the entry condition.

Abstract

To suppress unintended rapid acceleration of a vehicle and the like while suppressing a wire length of a feeding system in the entire layout in section-divided feed using pulse width modulation. A clock generation unit included in a feeding device generates an internal clock having a phase aligned based on a reset signal supplied from a higher-level device that controls a vehicle speed of the vehicle, the reset signal being commonly supplied to another feeding device. A pulse width modulation unit counts the internal clock, and generates a pulse having a pulse width (duty ratio) according to an instruction of the vehicle speed from the higher-level device based on the count value. A driver supplies a pulsed drive voltage having the duty ratio, to which the pulse width modulation has been applied by the pulse width modulation unit, to a section allocated to the driver.
