DEVICE FOR REPLACING A PALLET SUPPORTING A LOAD WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF KEEPING THIS PALLET RAISED
A device for replacing a pallet to be replaced and supporting a load with a replacing pallet with the possibility of keeping this pallet raised, comprises a portal element (15) placed transversely at a median portion of a slide member (3) and carrying a bulkhead element (19) transverse to the slide member (3) and raised or raiseable with respect to the latter forming a window (11) for the passage of the pallet to be replaced (P). The slide member (3) is horizontal, is assigned for sliding the pallets in a longitudinal sliding direction (T) and has a first surface (PS) for the load supported by the pallet. Said device (1) also comprises a plurality of support members (5), one end of each of which (5) is rotatably constrained to a respective rotation pin (7) perpendicularly fixed to said slide member (3) where such rotation pins (7) of the support members (5) are distributed on two respective geometric lines or bands parallel to the sliding direction (T) and placed one to, or on, one side of the first surface (PS) and the other placed to or on the opposite side of the first surface. Each support member (5) is elongated and can swing around the respective rotation pin at least between a protruding condition (S) in which it is perpendicular to the sliding direction (T) and protrudes above the first surface (PS) of the slide member (3) and a retracted condition (R) in which it is parallel to the sliding direction (T) and does not occupy said first surface (PS).
A device for replacing a pallet to be replaced (P) supporting a load (C) with a replacing pallet (S), in one of its operative conditions, is placed on an almost horizontal floor or level (B). This device (1) includes at least: a slide element (3) placed on the said floor (B) to support the pallets (P, S) with a width at least equal to that of the pallets (P, S) and an approximately double length of those pallets (P, S); the longitudinal geometric axis of the sliding element (3) defines a longitudinal direction; at least one portal element (5) comprising a pair of uprights (7) spaced vertically and fixed to each other and opposite sides of the median portion of the slide element (3); a bulkhead element (9) connected to said uprights (7) transversely to said longitudinal direction; said bulkhead element (9) shall be vertically spaced from the sliding element (3) by a predetermined distance at least equal to the height of the pallet to be replaced (P) forming a window (11) for the passage of the latter pallet to be replaced (P). In the operative condition, the pallet to be replaced (P) and the respective load (C) are moved along this longitudinal direction, up to a exchange site (I) on the slide element (3) in which these pallets to be replaced (P) and the respective load (C) are respectively in front of the window (11) and in abutment with it, or facing and adjacent to, the bulkhead element (9), a forward force exerted on the pallet to be replaced (P) by the replacing pallet (S) causes the latter to be inserted (S) under the load and the pallet to be replaced (P) to move away beyond the window until it reaches a collecting site (R).
An intruder belt device for inserting itself below a load (C), consisting of a set of parcel or a package or the like or for inserting itself between said load (C) and a support (S) for the load (C) consisting of a pallet, a floor, a loading bed, support, other parcels or packages or the like. Said device (1) has a front end assigned to be inserted below and/or to be unthreaded from the lower face of the load (C). Said device (1) comprises at least an upper belt conveyor (3) and at least a lower belt conveyor (4) mutually facing and parallel. In an operative condition of the device (1) said belt conveyors (3, 4) are almost horizontal. Said at least one upper belt conveyor (3) has an upper face (5) assigned to abut with a base face of the load (C). Said at least lower belt conveyor (4) has a lower face (6) assigned to abut with the support (S). Said device (1) comprises at least a first winding roller (37) and at least a second winding roller (38); said device (1) further comprises an upper operating belt (40) of the upper belt conveyor (3) and a lower operating belt (41) of the lower belt conveyor (4). The ends of the portions of said operating belts (40, 41) which consist of said upper (5) and lower (6) faces of the belt conveyors respectively upper (3) and lower (4), are fixed to said first winding roller (37) and the opposite ends of the operating belts (40, 41) are fixed to said second winding roller (38). Said first winding (37) and second (38) rollers are actuated for winding and unwinding the portions of the respective ends of the operating belts (40, 41), and then to move the faces of the upper (5) and the lower (6) faces in the same direction and way at least during the abutment with, and the motion in respect to, at least one between the load (C) and the support (S).
A machine for composite packages having an entry first carrier means (3) that in a operating state of the machine (1) is almost horizontal and oriented in a first carrying direction and is assigned to support and carry along said first carrying direction, from its entry to its exit, at least a composite package (C) comprising at least a pallet (B), having a plurality of parallel and coplanar upper grooves (G) and an overhanging load (S). Said device (1) comprises: a travelling-lifting means (5) located at the exit of the first carrier means (3) comprising a first translating means (7) assigned to support and translate along the first carrying direction at least the pallet (B) and the load (S), and including a lifting means (9) assigned to move vertically the first translating means (7), the pallet (B) and the load (S) between a lowered first state, where the first translating means (7) is aligned to first carrying direction, and a lifted state where the pallet (B) grooves are at a certain predetermined height; a drive means (13) having a plurality of rod means (15) parallel and coplanar to the pallet (B) grooves (G) in the lifted state and assigned to move the rod means (15) between a complete disengagement state and an engagement state and of the rod means (15) into the grooves; a winding means (19) for packaging materials, such as orbital with horizontal axis, assigned to wind at least the load (S) horizontal sides supported by the rod means (15).
