Abstract

The present invention suppresses a forward collision of an accommodating container with a manual opening/closing shutter. The present invention also makes it possible to select the usage state of a placement-receiving member. In the present invention, an opening/closing detection mechanism 30 for detecting whether or not an opening/closing shutter 12 is accommodated in a casing 11 to a location where the front surface of a storage part 14 is fully released is built into a side-end section of the storage part 14 at a location near a shutter-accommodating part 13. If the accommodation of the opening/closing shutter 12 within the casing cannot be confirmed through detection by the opening/closing detection mechanism 30, an accommodating container 20 is prevented from being pushed out forward. Additionally, a horizontally plate-form placement-receiving member 50 that can be pulled out forward and pushed back in rearward is incorporated at a center position in the storage part 14. Longitudinal movement of the placement-receiving member 50 is suppressed at a position where the placement-receiving member 50 is drawn out forward, a position where the placement-receiving member 50 is pushed back in rearward, and an intermediate position between the aforementioned positions.

Abstract

A drug feeder is provided which, even when a small amount of remaining drug is retained, can reduce or eliminate the factors resulting in retention of the drug. The drug feeder 10 is provided with an outside rotator 20, an inside inclined rotator 30, a width regulating mechanism 70 which aligns a solid drug carried from above the inside inclined rotator 30 onto the annular top end surface 23 of the outside rotator 20; and a drug dropping detecting means 56 which detects dropping of the drug discharged after alignment. While performing rotation control, a control unit 80 determines that the contained drug is gone when the undetected time interval has reached a final defined time interval. Before stopping the discharge operation, vibration rotation control is performed for rotating while vibrating the inside inclined rotator 30 in order to eliminate retention of any residual drug. Furthermore, in order to eliminate congestion of the drug before that, the width regulating mechanism 70 is controlled and the width of the drug conveyance path at the annular top end surface 23 is increased in stages.

Abstract

The objective of the present invention is to make the advancing/retreating distance of an opening drive mechanism of a medicine accommodating device larger than that using an eccentric cam of the same scale. A pushing-out mechanism 70 which pushes back a correspondingly arranged accommodating container 20 to cause the same to advance is configured from a first cam mechanism 71 to 74 which performs transmission only midway through each drive cycle of a drive unit 50, and a link mechanism 75 to 85 which performs mutual conversion transmission between rotational movement of a follower 73 of the first cam mechanism and advancing/retreating movement of a frontmost joint 83. Further, a locking mechanism 60 for preventing the accommodating container 20 being pulled out forward is configured from a second cam mechanism 61 to 67 which performs transmission only midway through each drive cycle of the drive unit 50 and which begins said transfer earlier than the beginning of the transmission of the first cam mechanism 71 to 74. Furthermore, the drive unit 50 which drives the pushing-out mechanism 70 and the locking mechanism 60 is additionally provided with a worm gear 52+53, with an electric motor 51 turned sideways. Further, a gear 54 which meshes therewith, a driver 71 of the first cam mechanism, and a driver 61 of the second cam mechanism are fitted to the same rotary transmission shaft.

Abstract

In the present invention, a rotor 40 includes: a core member 60 rotating together with a rotation shaft; and a main body member 70 having a plurality of tablet-accommodating chambers 72 in the outer periphery and having a fitting hole 71 that is fitted into the core member 60. Between the core member 60 and the main body member 70, maintenance mechanisms (65, 75) that define a relative position between the core member 60 and the main body member 70 and that maintain a fixed state of the core member 60 and the main body member 70 are provided. Replacing the main body member 70 while using the core member 60 as a shared member allows for using a rotor including different numbers of tablet-accommodating chambers. When a force of a prescribed level or greater is applied to the core member 60, a ball body 66 as an engagement protrusion is released from an engagement pore 75 to cause relative movement between the core member 60 and the main body member 70; thus, serious breakage of members can be avoided.

Abstract

The rotor 40 includes a core member 60 rotating with a rotary shaft and a plurality of tablet receiving portions 72 at an outer peripheral portion, and a body member 70 including a fitting hole 71 fitted to the core member 60. Retention mechanism (65, 75) is arranged in between the core member 60 and the body member 70 for determining a relative position between the core member 60 and the body member 70 and for retaining a fixed state between the core member 60 and the body member 70. It is possible to use the rotor including various number of tablet receiving portions when the core member 60 is a common part and the body member 70 is replaceable. It is possible to avoid critical damage for members since a sphere 66 as one or more engaging protrusion portions escape from one or more engaged hole portions 75 and relative movement is caused between the core member 60 and the body member 70, when the force applied to the core member 60 exceeds a predetermined value.

Abstract

The present invention simplifies the structure of tablet cassettes having an expanding/contracting tablet accommodating portion. This tablet cassette 10 comprises a tablet container 20 which randomly accommodates tablets, and, within the tablet container 20, a rotor 40 which has a plurality of tablet accommodating portions 67. By axially rotating the rotor 40, the tablets that have fallen into the tablet accommodating portions 67 are successively dropped from a discharge opening 28 in the bottom portion of the tablet container 20. The rotor 40 has a circumferentially expanding/contracting mechanism 59, a radially expanding/contracting mechanism 90, and a pressing member 47 which are externally mounted on a rotation shaft 41 passing through the bottom wall portion 25 of the tablet container 20. The circumferentially expanding/contracting mechanism 59 can expand and contract multiple tablet accommodating portions 67 in the circumferential direction in a coordinated manner. The radially expanding/contracting mechanism 90 can expand and contract the tablet accommodating portions 67 individually by moving a plurality of sliding members 94 individually in the radial direction.

When the pressing member 47 is pressed against the sliding members 94, the pressing member 47 interferes with a protrusion 95 on each sliding member 94 and prevents radial movement of the sliding member 94.

Abstract

The present invention realizes a tablet cassette for a tablet feeder with which the number of support members of a fall preventing member can be reduced while inheriting the endless belt characteristic of preventing a double drop of tablets, by gently pushing the tablets from an outer peripheral side toward an inner peripheral side above a discharge port. This tablet cassette for a tablet feeder is provided with a support structure (21, 23, 25) which allows a readily deformable disk-shaped rotating member 22 (fall preventing member) to rotate about a center of rotation. When the support member 21 is mounted outside a tablet container 12 with a peripheral edge portion 22a of the rotating member 22 inserted into a through-hole 12a formed in a location that is higher than a separating wall 31 of a rotor 30 and that is above a discharge port 14 in a peripheral wall portion 13a of the tablet container 12, tablets protruding upwards out of a tablet accommodating portion 15, from among tablet accommodating portions 15 ... 15, that has approached the discharge port 14 by means of the axial rotation of the rotor 30, come into contact with the rotating member 22 and are prevented from falling into the discharge port 14.

Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to enable distribution of drugs not only in a fixed distribution pattern but also in another distribution pattern, reduce the number of transfers of the drugs in the process of dispensing the drugs and more smoothly and reliably release the drugs from compartments. Each line 44 of a multi-line conveyor 40 is provided with a drive mechanism (45 + 46) to allow the conveyors 44 to independently move in a vertical plane according to a set program and to selectively perform a line-by-line movement mode or a row-by-row movement mode. A common drug collecting mechanism for all the lines is provided to receive drugs dispensed from the lines 44 of the multi-line conveyor 40. This eliminates the need for a single-line conveyor. Compartments comprise a front divided body and a back divided body which can be divided in the direction of movement of the conveyors 44 and can be joined. The divided bodies are divided at a drug dispensing position and joined before arriving at a drug receiving position.

Abstract

A medicine dispensing system capable of reliably managing the lot of medicines and the expiration period of medicines is provided. A dispensation data preparation section includes a lot change determination section and a data changing section. The lot change determination section determines, based on lot information, whether or not the lot of the medicines to be used may be changed while medicine dispensing apparatuses are in operation. The dispensation data preparation section is provided with an expiration period determination section to determine with reference to the unpacking date, rather than the dispensation date, whether or not medicines are effective for use. Abstract

Provided is an automatic drug delivery apparatus whereby delivery of a drug from a drug accommodating part to a delivery part can be reliably managed. An automatic drug delivery apparatus (1) delivers a drug (7) from a drug accommodating part (15) in which the drug (7) is accommodated to a delivery part (70), and is provided with: a storage part (31) having a storage part body (33) for storing a drug supplied from the drug accommodating part, and an opening/closing part (35) for discharging the drug stored in the storage part body to the delivery part, the opening/closing part (35) being provided to a bottom part of the storage part body so as to be able to open and close; a sensing part (37) for sensing displacement in the vertical direction, the sensing part (37) being connected to the storage part; a movement mechanism (20) for moving the storage part and the sensing part in integral fashion in the vertical direction; and a management part (81) for managing delivery of the drug to the delivery part on the basis of the displacement sensed by the sensing part.
