Abstract

A laser device and a method for producing a perforation on a workpiece for various laser devices is disclosed. Two beam sources in the form of lasers may be located to act on the workpiece to be processed. The workpiece is deposited in a defined manner on a processing table and a laser beam emitted by the beam source is deflected in the direction of the workpiece and focused for processing. Control is effected via software running in a control unit where the workpiece is processed by adjusting a carriage in the X-Y direction or by adjusting an angle of a mirror. A “perforation” option may be loaded or used such that during processing of the workpiece, a continuous line or incision is formed on an upper side of the workpiece over a defined depth, and indentations or cuts are formed at defined intervals.

Abstract

The invention relates to a laser plotter and to a method for actuating a laser source (4), in particular a pulsed laser source, for cutting, engraving, marking, and/or writing on a workpiece (7). The job (9, 10) for machining the workpiece is downloaded from a web-based database (17) or the Cloud (4) directly by the laser device (2) or laser unit (2), wherein the location of the laser device (2) is determined or requested before the download has started or during the download, then the relevant guidelines for safety settings and optionally further settings or parameters (15) relating to the determined location, in particular the country or region, are determined and the associated parameters (15), in particular the safety parameters, are checked and optionally adjusted in the job (9, 10).

Abstract

The invention relates to a stamp comprising a telescoping upper and lower part as well as a printing plate holder pivotally disposed in the lower part to accommodate the stamp plate. A retaining device for a stamp pad is associated with the printing plate holder, and in a rest position the printing plate holder is positioned in the range 80° to 135°, preferably at approximately 90° with respect to a contact area. From this rest position the stamp can be displaced into an operating position to produce a stamped imprint via guide means, whereby the printing plate holder is turned about two guide pins, wherein one guide pin is respectively disposed on a side face of the printing plate holder, and the guide pins simultaneously engage in guide slots in the upper and lower part.
