The present invention provides a cylinder lock actuator (1) comprising a first lock cylinder (2), a second lock cylinder (3) and a clutch mechanism (13), the clutch mechanism (13) being adapted to selectively engage either the first lock cylinder (2) or the second lock cylinder (3) with a cam (10) which is held in an axially moveable manner within the cylinder lock actuator (1). Furthermore foreseen are biasing means (35), adapted to axially move the cam (10), and I ocking means (30, 31). Upon forced removal of second lock cylinder, cam is moved to a second position wherein locking means constrain the cam (10) with respect to the first lock cylinder (2) to avoid opening of the lock.
The present invention relates to a locking device 1 having a deadbolt 104 within a casing 102, which deadbolt 104 is movable between an advanced position wherein it protrudes from a front face of the casing 102 and a retreated position, wherein it is retracted into the casing 102. The locking device 1 comprises: a link plate 130 which moves the deadbolt 104 to the advanced position; a deadbolt blocking member 110 which is moveable between a blocking position blocking the deadbolt 104 in the advanced position and an unblocking position to allow the deadbolt 104 to move to the retreated position; an electrically driven actuator unit 120 which moves the deadbolt blocking member 110 between the blocking position and the unblocking position; and a control circuit configured to control the electrically driven actuator unit 120 so that once the deadbolt 104 is moved to the advanced position, the deadbolt blocking member 110 is moved to the blocking position by actuation of the electrically driven actuator unit 120.

A keyless restrictor (10) for limiting the maximum opening of a closure is provided. The restrictor (10) comprises a first fixture (20) with a first connector part (30), a second fixture (40), and a cable element (50). The cable element (50) is attached to the second fixture (40) at one end and is provided with a second connector part (60) at the other end. The first connector part (30) and the second connector part (60) are configured to be detachably connectable with each other to form a nested connection defining a rotation axis (X). The first connector part and the second connector part of the nested connection are locked together unless at least two movements of the second connector part (60) in different directions relative to the first connector part (30) of the first fixture (20) are performed.
E05C 17/36 - Devices for holding wings openDevices for limiting opening of wings or for holding wings open by a movable member extending between frame and wingBraking devices, stops or buffers, combined therewith by mechanical means with a movable bar or equivalent member extending between frame and wing comprising a flexible member, e.g. chains
The present disclosure relates to a lock actuator (1) comprising a housing having an interior (3) and exterior side (2) either side of a cam (10) held rotatably in the lock actuator (1), the interior side (2) comprising a thumbturn mechanism (4) adapted to selectively engage with the cam (10), the thumbturn mechanism (4) comprising: a core (40), at least a part of which is rotatably held within a central bore (11) of the cam (10), the core (40) comprising a central bore (42), a first end of the central bore (42) of the core (40) being adapted to hold a drive bar (20) in a rotatably fixed but translationally free manner with respect to the core (40), the drive bar (22) being biased into engagement with the cam (10) and configured such that rotation of the core (40) will rotate the cam (10) via the drive bar (20); and locking means adapted to lock and unlock rotation of the core (40) in the housing, the locking means configured to be in the normally locked configuration and to unlock rotation of the core (40) with user operation of the thumbturn mechanism (4).
A restrictor for a window or a door comprises a first connector (10) adapted to be secured to a frame or sash of the window or door and a second connector (3) adapted to be secured to the other of the frame or sash. A cable or link (6) is secured at one end to the second connector (3) and has a spigot (11) secured to its other end. A lock (13) is housed within the first connector (10) and defines a channel (12) that receives the spigot (11). The lock (13) comprises a movable locking member (19) that in a first position engages the spigot (11) to lock the spigot (11) within the channel (12) and that is movable into a second position to unlock the spigot (11) allowing its withdrawal from the channel (12). The movable locking member (19) is biased into its first position and moved into its second position against the force of the bias (26) by the spigot (11) on its insertion into the channel (12). Movement of the spigot (11) further into the channel (12) releases the locking member (19) to return to its first position under the influence of its bias (26) wherein it engages the spigot (11) to secure it in the channel (12) of the lock (13). Hence, the restrictor of the invention may always be deployed to restrict window or door opening as no key is required to lock the cable to the first connector via the spigot.
