A light detecting and ranging (LiDAR) sensor includes a light detection circuit generating a light detection signal by detecting light; a flight time detection circuit performing a threshold determination mode for determining a threshold during a reference time, and performing a coarse mode for comparing an accumulated value of the light detection signal after light is irradiated from a light source with the threshold to determine a flight time corresponding to a distance to an object with a first resolution; and a pixel control circuit controlling the flight time detection circuit for performing the threshold determination mode and the coarse mode, wherein the flight time detection circuit determines the threshold by performing a logical operation on a count value which is an accumulation of light the detection signal during the reference time when the light is not irradiated while the threshold determination mode is performed.

Abstract

An apparatus and method analyze oscillation frequency data based on an artificial intelligence structure including a fully connected network (FCN), which generates output data by being inserted into at least one of the encoder and the decoder and analyzing the relationship of all data. An active voltage compensation device which actively compensates for noise occurring in each of two or more high-current paths in a common mode, the active voltage compensation device includes a sensing unit to sense a noise current in the common mode in the two or more high-current paths to generate an output signal corresponding to the noise current, an amplification unit to amplify the output signal of the sensing unit to generate an amplified signal, an amplified signal feedback unit to transmit a feedback signal corresponding to the amplified signal of the amplification unit back to the amplification unit, and a compensation unit to generate a compensation voltage on the two or more high-current paths based on an output voltage corresponding to the amplified signal.

The present invention relates to a method and kit for isolating an extracellular vesicle (EV) from a biological sample using fractional precipitation. According to the method and kit, rapid isolation is possible, and an EV can be effectively isolated from various types of biological samples regardless of the sample sources. Proposed is a filter module including a filter that filters impurities out in the coolant emitted from a cartridge which includes a housing and a cap. The filter module may include not only a filter accommodation member including a support surface and a perforating member protruding from the support surface but also a first sealing member with a first external diameter including a through-hole fitted into the perforating member. Abstract

The present invention relates to a polymer carbon nitride, a specific crystal form of the polymer carbon nitride, and a cosmetic composition, an ultraviolet ray-blocking composition, and an external use skin preparation composition, which include the polymer carbon nitride. The polymer carbon nitride according to one aspect of the present invention and a crystal form produced by a specific preparation example thereof can absorb both UVA and UVB, and thus can effectively protect the skin from ultraviolet rays while also being non-toxic and thus suitable for living bodies and lacking photoactivity. Therefore, the polymer carbon nitride and the crystal form can be utilized in a cosmetic composition, an ultraviolet ray-blocking composition and an external use skin preparation composition, which are applied to the living body. Moreover, the specific crystal forms of the polymer carbon nitride have different characteristics according to the manufacturing method, and thus may be used in a variety of ways according to the characteristics. Particularly, the crystal form of the polymer carbon nitride according to one aspect can be adjusted to various colors according to the preparation method, and thus can be utilized to obtain a composition having a desired color. Therefore, the crystal form can be suitably utilized to produce products of various colors suitable for the skin tones of individuals.
