Abstract
The machine comprises a winding unit (3) and a cutting unit (7) to cut a tube (T) being formed around a mandrel (5). The cutting unit (7) comprises a rotating cutting blade (9) provided with motion along a circular trajectory, defined by means of a system of cross guides and a fastening to a center of a circular trajectory. The position of the center (33B) of the circular trajectory of the rotating cutting blade (9) is changed according to the direction of movement of the blade with respect to the mandrel, so that the rotating cutting blade (9) cuts the tube (T) during the forward movement and is released form the tube during the back stroke.

Abstract
A rewinding machine for the production of rolls (R1, R2) of web material wound around winding cores (A1-A4), comprises: - a winding cradle (3), comprising peripheral winding members (5, 7, 9) of the rolls; - a feeding path of the web material (N) towards the winding cradle (3); - an insertion channel (19) for inserting the winding cores (A1-A4) towards the winding cradle, having an entrance (19A) inside which the winding cores are introduced and an exit (19B) toward the winding cradle, the insertion channel being defined between a rolling surface (25) and a continuous flexible member (27), provided with a forward movement; - an inserter (26) for inserting the winding cores (A1-A4) into the inserting channel (19). At the entrance (19A) of the insertion channel (19) a pressing device (45) is arranged, said pressing device (45) projects toward the inside of the insertion channel (19) and toward the continuous flexible member (27). The pressing device (45) is arranged and configured to press the winding cores entering the insertion channel (19) towards the continuous flexible member (27).

Abstract
The device (1) comprises a feeding path (P) of the rolls ( R, R1) to be closed and a closing station placed along that path. The closing station of the tail end comprises two rollers (15, 17) forming a cradle (19) for receiving the rolls (R, R1) and a closing member (21) of the tail end (L). The device also comprises a rotating assembly (23) that rotates around an axis (A- A) transverse respect to the feeding path of the rolls and comprising groups (27A, 27B, 27C) of arms (28A; 28B, 28C) arranged with respect to one another angularly displaced around the rotation axis of the rotating assembly (23). Each arm comprises a front part (29) configured to eject a roll ( R, R1 ) from the cradle (19) and a back part (31) configured to hold subsequent rolls along the feeding path, preventing their entering in the closing station until the ejection of the roll from the cradle (19). The rotation of one step of the rotating assembly (23) causes the ejection of a closed roll (R) from the cradle (19) and allows the entering in said cradle (19) of a subsequent roll (R1) to be closed.
