BIOGAS PLANT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BIOGAS IN A ONE-STEP FLOW PROCESS
The invention relates to a biogas plant for producing biogas by anaerobically wet-fermenting a substrate containing biomass in a one-step flow process. Said biogas plant comprises at least one fermenter container (1) encompassing a stirring mechanism (19, 20) and a metering device for liquid and solid substrate components. According to the invention, the at least one fermenter container (1) is made up of two parallel, elongate longitudinal ducts that are penetrated in opposite directions. The adjacent ends of the longitudinal ducts (10, 11) are interconnected by means of duct deflecting bends (13, 14) such that a continuous duct structure that goes around in an annular elongate manner is formed as a long fermenter.
The invention relates to a fermenter for biogas plants, comprising a submersible motor-driven stirrer (6) that can be vertically adjusted by means of a motor. During operation of the biogas plant, the fermenter (1) is filled, to a level (H1), with substrate (3) that is to be fermented, and the agitator blades (7) of the submersible motor-driven stirrer (6) are fully immersed in the substrate (3). According to the invention, a level gauge (15) is provided, by means of which the level (H1) of the substrate (3) is detected and a corresponding level measuring signal (FM) is generated as an actual level signal. Furthermore, a control device (SG) is provided, to which the level measuring signal (FM) is fed and which controls the vertically adjusting motor (14) for the submersible motor-driven stirrer (6) in such a way when a lower level (H1') is detected that the stirrer (6) is lowered and the agitator blades (7) continue to be fully immersed in the substrate.
