The document shows a method for calibrating the feed rate of a device (1', 1'') for air flow-borne dispensing of granular or powdery material (100), such as seed, fertilizer or pesticide. The method comprises producing a calibration air flow (Fs), feeding a quantity of the granular material (100) with the aid of the calibration air flow (Fs) for a calibration period to a separator (8) and, in the separator (8), substantially separating the granular material (100) from the calibration air flow (Fs). The calibration air flow (Fs) is produced with the aid of underpressure applied to a low-pressure side of the separator (8).

The invention refers to a joint device at an agricultural machine with at least one tool- bearing beam (2a - c, 3a - c) for soil tillage tools (4, 5, 38, 39), such as seed coulters and cultivator tines, whereby a portion (10) of the beam end, at least on one side of the machine, is detachably fastened by means of a bolt/nut connection (13, 18, 23) arranged within said tool-bearing beam. A threaded body (18, 50) in the bolt/nut connection is fixed, preferably plug welded, in the main part of the beam (2a - c, 3a - c).

Abstract

The invention refers to a method for cleaning a hydraulic valve (20-25) in that binding, such as by adhering dirt, of a valve is detected, that a control member (19) is activated for valve cleaning, that a predetermined control signal is sent to the influencing apparatus (32) of said valve (20-25) and that pulses with predetermined amplitude are generated in at least one piston and cylinder unit (14-17) connected to the said valve to thereby create a varying flow through the said valve. The invention also refers to a device for execution of the said method, which device has a control member that can influence the said influencing apparatus either manually or automatically. The method and device according to the invention are preferably applied for an agricultural machine.

Abstract

The invention refers to a device at a spring tine (2) or similar for an agricultural machine with a cross-placed beam (4), which device is comprised of a crossbeam fastening (7, 8, 9a, 9b) for said spring tine (2), wherein said spring tine has two ends, of which a first end portion (6) is adapted for tillage of soil either directly or indirectly via a tool and of which a second end portion (3) is intended to be detachably fastened by means of said fastening (7, 8, 9a, 9b). The device comprises on the second end portion (3) a turn-resistant member (12, 15, 27, 28, 36, 40) intended to prevent turning of said spring tine (2) during any load imbalance of the same and a screw/nut connection seat (30, 37, 41) arranged at a distance (x) from the turn-resistant member, wherein said distance (x) is less than half the abutting surface of said second end portion against the intended crossbeam.
