The invention relates to a polishing and buffing device (1) that includes at least two portions detachably attached to each other, namely, a polishing portion (2) including a mounting (4) onto which a polish-soaked pad (5) covered with a peelable seal (6) is attached, and a glove-shaped buffing portion (3) provided with at least one buffing layer (24, 25). Said device (1) is wallet-shaped, the polishing portion (2) and the buffing portion (3) being attached together by a single side edge (12, 27).
