Abstract

A cycloidal gear machining method based on a worm grinding wheel gear grinding machine. A cycloidal gear is machined in a worm grinding wheel grinding manner, achieving continuous and stable gear grinding machining. A dresser (4) and a workpiece rotary table (5) are integrated on a large rotary table (2), so that a machine tool can quickly switch between two working states, i.e., gear grinding and grinding wheel dressing, improving the working efficiency of the worm grinding wheel gear grinding machine. A workpiece pressing frame (12) is used for fixing a workpiece or disassembling the workpiece, improving the efficiency of clamping and disassembling the workpiece. A three-degree-of-freedom diagonal gear grinding scheme and a machining process grading method are combined, improving an axial traverse method of a grinding wheel: using a grinding wheel tooth surface used in a finish machining stage to perform rough machining on a gear machined next time, improving the utilization rate of the grinding wheel, and reducing the dressing frequency of the grinding wheel. A machining error is adjusted by adjusting machining parameters of the machine tool, achieving the adjustability of the error.

Abstract

The invention provides a soft measurement method for dioxin emission of grate furnace MSWI process based on simplified deep forest regression of residual fitting mechanism. The highly toxic pollutant dioxin (DXN) generated in the solid waste incineration process is a key environmental index which must be subjected to control. The rapid and accurate soft measurement of the DXN emission concentration is an urgent affair for reducing the emission control of the pollutants. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out feature selection on a high-dimensional process variable by adopting mutual information and significance test; then, constructing a simplified deep forest regression (SDFR) algorithm to learn a nonlinear relationship between the selected process variable and the DXN emission concentration; and finally, designing a gradient enhancement strategy based on a residual error fitting (REF) mechanism to improve the generalization performance of a layer-by-layer learning process. The method is superior to other methods in the aspects of prediction precision and time consumption.

Abstract

An oscillating laser welding with filler wires for jointing aluminum alloy sheets with a large gap therebetween, including the following steps: providing two aluminum alloy sheets first, and reserving a gap (2) and keeping the gap with a constant width between opposite surfaces of the two aluminum alloy sheets to be jointed; providing a laser welding head (1), a wire feeding nozzle (3), and a protective gas nozzle (4) above the gap; presetting a welding start guiding plate (5) at a welding starting end of the gap, forming a molten pool on the welding start guiding plate by a laser beam, and guiding the molten pool to the welding starting end of the gap; and enabling the wire feeding nozzle and the laser welding head to correspond to the gap and travel in the same direction. The aluminum alloy welding wires fill the whole gap after being heated and molten by the laser beam, and the welding of the two aluminum alloy sheets is completed. The melting amount of the aluminum alloy sheets by the laser beam can be reduced as much as possible, so that a dilution rate of a welding joint and generation of a metallurgical reaction brittle phase can be reduced, and the porosity of the joint can further be reduced. Welding of conventional aluminum alloys, aluminum matrix composite materials, and additive-manufactured aluminum alloy sheets can be realized.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for in-situ detection of the state of charge (SOC) of pouch-type lithium-ion batteries using ultrasonic guided waves. The invention involves attaching two circular piezoelectric patches symmetrically at a fixed distance from each other on the surface of the lithium-ion battery using a coupling agent. A function generator is controlled to produce a Hanning-window-modulated five-cycle sine signal to excite the circular piezoelectric patch located on the left side of the battery, generating ultrasonic guided waves within the battery. These waves are then received by the circular piezoelectric patch located on the right side of the battery. The received guided wave signal is processed to extract the time-domain characteristic parameters of the wave (transit time). Based on the correspondence between the guided wave characteristic parameters (transit time) and the state of charge, the method enables the detection of the SOC of the pouch-type lithium-ion battery. The invention employs a pair of circular piezoelectric patches in a one-actuation, one-reception manner for the detection of lithium-ion batteries, achieving in-situ detection of the SOC of pouch-type lithium-ion batteries without the need to record external parameters such as current and voltage.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for characterizing the State of Charge (SOC) of lithium-ion batteries using an ultrasonic reflection coefficient, which employs a water immersion ultrasonic detection method for measuring the reflection coefficient angular spectrum of lithium-ion batteries. This invention pertains to the field of non-destructive testing technology. A pouch-type lithium-ion battery can be regarded as a laminated structure composed of multiple materials, and when the State of Charge (SOC) of the lithium-ion battery varies, its reflection coefficient changes accordingly. The invention acquires the reflection coefficient angular spectrum of lithium-ion batteries at different SOCs through ultrasonic water immersion detection, establishes a mapping relationship between the angular spectrum and the SOC of the lithium-ion battery, and uses the distance between the two peak values of the angular spectrum to characterize the SOC of the lithium-ion battery. The invention enables non-destructive characterization of the SOC of lithium-ion batteries and allows for localized SOC measurement of the batteries.

Abstract

The present invention provides a method for soft measurement of dioxin emission in the MSWI process based on an integrated T-S fuzzy regression tree. Toxic pollutant dioxin (DXN) generated in the municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) process based on a grate furnace is a key environmental index for realizing operation optimization control of the process. First, a dioxin emission TSFRT model based on a screening layer and a fuzzy reasoning layer is constructed; then a plurality of parameter update learning algorithms for the fuzzy reasoning antecedent and consequence are proposed to obtain five dioxin emission TSFRT models, namely, TSFRT-I, TSFRT-II, TSFRT-III, TSFRT-IV and TSFRT-V; and finally, taking the dioxin emission TSFRT-III model as an example, an integrated TSFRT (EnTSFRT) model using TSFRT-III as a base learner is constructed to realize high-precision modeling of dioxin emission concentration. Experimental results on a real DXN data set indicate the effectiveness and reasonability of the proposed method.

Abstract

H of the asphalt according to the following formula: H of the asphalt. This method is based on the evolution law of the average stored pseudo strain energy required to compensate the damage-healing to explore the damage-healing characteristics of asphalt. As a characteristic index of materials, this energy evaluation index has nothing to do with the damage state and the rest periods, but only depends on the strain load, which improves the testing efficiency.

The liquid-liquid interface printing scene was further established, and the flow behavior of the resin between the printed object and the fluorinated oil after printing a layer of slices was simulated and recorded. Next, determine the printing mode of the current slice by slicing the maximum printable distance and numerical simulation model. Then, based on Poiseuille flow, Jacobs working curve and Lambert-Beer law, the resin curing time of continuous and layered printing, the maximum filling distance of continuous printing, the best lifting distance of layered printing, and the corresponding printing platform lifting of the two methods are expressed speed. Finally, camera monitoring is used to determine the print origin before printing starts. This method can achieve fast printing of any model by obtaining the optimal control parameters, while being portable and printable.

Abstract

A device and a method for synchronously treating high-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater and excess sludge, which device and method belong to the field of excess-sludge biochemical treatment and sewage treatment. The involved device comprises: a primary water tank, a first SBR, an intermediate water tank, a sludge storage tank, and a second SBR. High-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater enters the first SBR, undergoes a short-cut nitrification coupling anaerobic ammonia oxidation, wherein some ammonia nitrogen is converted into nitrite nitrogen by means of short-cut nitrification, and residual ammonia nitrogen and the nitrite nitrogen are subjected to anaerobic ammonia oxidation to generate nitrogen and some nitrate nitrogen. The water output of the first SBR and the excess sludge in the sludge storage tank are synchronously pumped into the second SBR. In the second SBR, denitrifying bacteria reduce nitrate nitrogen into nitrogen by using organic matters generated by fermentation of the excess sludge as a carbon source, thereby achieving excess-sludge recycling and denitrification deep nitrogen removal. In the present invention, after a new autotrophic biological nitrogen removal process is used for the high-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater, the anaerobic fermentation of the sludge is then synchronized, thereby truly achieving the deep nitrogen removal of sewage and recycling treatment of excess sludge, and saving costs for nitrogen removal.

Abstract

The invention provides a retractable friction stir welding spindle, aims at the deficiencies and defects of the existing friction stir welding spindle technology, that is, when the welding is finished, the stirring needle leaves a keyhole at the end of the weld seam, which affects the forming performance of the workpiece, the overall structure design of the spindle is complicated with many transmission chains and low reliability which is difficult to realize modularization. The retractable friction stir welding spindle includes an electric spindle system and a retracting mechanism. The electric spindle system includes stirring shaft shoulder, hilt, front end cover, hollow spindle, motorized spindle shell, motor rotor, motor stator, tail end cover, etc. The retracting mechanism includes stirring needle, connecting ball head and electric cylinder. The invention has the advantages of simple structure and can be mainly divided into two modules to improve reliability and integrity. The invention can also avoid the generation of friction stir welding keyhole.

Abstract

A soft-sensing method for dioxin emission during an MSWI process and based on broad hybrid forest regression (BHFR). On the basis of a BLS framework, a BHFR soft-sensing model for small-sample and high-dimensional data is constructed by means of replacing neurons with a non-differential base learner, and the BHFR soft-sensing model comprises the construction of a feature mapping layer, a potential feature extraction layer, a feature enhancement layer and an incremental learning layer. The method comprises: firstly, constructing a hybrid forest group composed of a random forest and a completely random forest to perform high-dimensional feature mapping; secondly, performing potential feature extraction on a feature space of a fully connected hybrid matrix according to a contribution rate, and reducing model complexity and computing consumption by using an information measurement criterion; then, training a feature enhancement layer on the basis of the extracted potential information, so as to enhance a feature representation capability; and finally, constructing an incremental learning layer by means of an incremental learning strategy, and obtaining a weight matrix by using the Moore-Penrose pseudo-inverse, so as to realize high-precision modeling. The effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method are verified on a high-dimensional reference data set and an industrial process DXN data set.
