Abstract
A golf ball according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is covered with an injection-molded crosslinked polyurethane. The golf ball may have excellent scuff resistance and light resistance of a cover as well as excellent driving distance and spin by using a cover composition containing crosslinked polyurethane obtained by adding a crosslinking agent to thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). A polyurethane cover composition according to an embodiment can make it possible to prepare a crosslinked polyurethane cover by injection molding without the burden of facility investment cost.

Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a golf ball, wherein dimples having an extraordinary flight performance by combining the advantages of both circular dimples and polygonal dimples in the related art, in other words, by arranging the combined dimples that give depth to the face of the combined polygon and circle of the same center on the surface of the sphere, the trajectory is bent due to the influence of wind, which is a disadvantage of the conventional polygonal dimples. It is excellent in flight straightness by eliminating the effect, and when flying after hitting, the vertex region, which acts as a small bluff body, rotates and breaks the pressure in advance, causing a quick turbulent transition, and it becomes like an arc of a circular dimple instead of the sides of the general polygonal dimples.

Abstract
Provided is a golf ball with air channels between adjacent dimples. The golf ball according to the present disclosure has air channels connecting adjacent dimples, and an outer tip of the air channel is chamfered or filleted. The problem of durability deterioration at the outer tip of the air channel over the entire surface of the golf ball is solved by the air channel structure in which the outer tip is chamfered or filleted. Meanwhile, it is possible to minimize the influence of wind at the outer tip of the air channel and greatly improve flight stability related with slice prevention, straightness and excellent impact point while ensuring a sufficient flight distance by uniformalizing pressure drag. In addition, the depth of the dimple itself is selectively made larger than the depth of the dimple of the conventional golf ball with the air channel in accordance with the chamfering or filleting of the outer tip of the air channel, thereby minimizing lift force and a loss of a flight distance.

Abstract
The present invention is a golf ball dividing method for symmetrically arranging dimples on a surface of a golf ball and a dimple arrangement method of arranging dimples along dividing lines based on sizes of dimples. The dimples having large diameters are effectively arranged on the deformed spherical triangle symmetrically over the entire surface of a sphere, so that it is possible to an effect of improving the flying stability and flight distance of the golf ball. Abstract

Abstract
In a golf ball, dimples are arranged on a spherical polyhedron formed by dividing a surface of a sphere using small circles and great circles only on the equator, without arranging the dimples on a spherical polyhedron formed by dividing a surface of a sphere using great circles. Abstract
Provided is a golf ball having a surface divided by small circles. A surface of a sphere is divided by small circles to generate spherical polyhedrons in order to arrange dimples in the spherical polygons, instead of arranging dimples in spherical polyhedrons that are generated by dividing the surface of the sphere by great circles. According to one or more exemplary embodiments, a land surface of the golf ball, which is generated by arranging the dimples in the spherical polyhedrons, has a dimple area ratio higher than that of a spherical truncated icosahedron of which a surface is divided by great circles on which dimples are arranged. Therefore, a flight distance of the golf ball increases.

Abstract
In a golf ball having a surface divided by triangular concave sectors, an area of a surface of a sphere is divided into a plurality of areas forming spherical polyhedron and a plurality of dimples are formed for each of the plurality of areas. A triangular concave sector is formed by continuously forming a plurality of triangular concave on each arc along great circles dividing the surface of the sphere into the plurality of areas. A planar shape of each of the plurality of triangular concave is a triangle and the bases of the triangular concaves are arranged on the arc along the great circles. Peaks of adjacent triangular concaves are located at opposite sides with respect to the arc along the great circles.

Abstract
Disclosed is a golf ball in which a plurality of dimples is arranged. The golf ball includes first dimples having the largest diameter and second dimples having the second largest diameter arranged on the surface of the golf ball divided into a spherical rhombic dodecahedron, the first dimples are arranged in an LF region of a radius of π/10 radian ±10% around a first apex of the spherical rhombic dodecahedron, shared jointly by 4 spherical rhombi, and the second dimples are arranged in an LS region of a radius of π/20 radian ±10% around a second apex of the spherical rhombic dodecahedron, shared jointly by 3 spherical rhombi. A golf ball has a strong durability against the hit by a golf club by preventing the degradation caused by ozone, and has the core having a good elasticity. Abstract

Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a golf ball, in particular, to a method for manufacturing a golf ball having a multilayer structure. The method for manufacturing a golf ball having a multilayer structure according to the present invention is a method for manufacturing a golf ball having a multilayer structure using: an upper mold and a lower mold equipped with a plurality of hemispherical cavities; and a molding device which enters/exits between the upper mold and the lower mold, and having a middle mold equipped with a plurality of hemispherical protrusions having smaller diameters than the cavities, on the upper surface and the lower surface so as to correspond to the cavities, and comprises the steps of: (a) placing a monomer for forming an external layer on each of the upper surface protrusions of the middle mold and each of the cavities of the lower mold, in a state where the upper mold and the lower mold are separated at a predetermined distance, and the middle mold is placed therebetween; (b) forming a half-bridging cup-shaped external layer pair inside the space formed between the protrusions and the cavities by placing the upper surface and the lower surface protrusions of the middle mold, inside of each of the corresponding cavities of the upper mold and the lower mold; (c) separating the upper mold and the lower mold while the half-bridging cup-shaped external layer is attached inside the cavities; (d) transferring to outside the middle mold; (e) placing inside the cavities of the lower mold, a previously molded spherical inner layer; and (f) bridging the cup-shaped external layer pair and the spherical inner layer by bringing together the upper mold and the lower mold.

Abstract
Provided is a golf ball with a transparent cover made of ionomer resin containing 0.02% or less of a pigment or a dyestuff. The surface of the cover of the golf ball is processed using a corona discharge process at a voltage of 90,000V and then together with wedge type grinding media in a revolving hexagonal drum type surface treatment machine to induce microscopic indentations and scratches on the surface of the cover. An anchor coated layer is formed on the surface of the cover using acrylic resin or urethane resin, and a top coated layer is formed on the anchor coated layer using urethane resin. The surface of the golf ball has a number of specula surfaces and thus can induce diffused reflections of light. Therefore, the golf ball appears in dual color due to the color of its core and the color of shadows of dimples. In addition, when the golf ball has circular dimples, the shadows of edges of the circular dimples are revealed as irregular round polygons and are in discord with the original positions of the dimples. Therefore, the golf ball can be easily discriminated even at a distance when landing on the ground in a golf course.
