Abstract

What is disclosed is an assembly set for constructing a duct arrangement for supply lines and/or removal lines of a laboratory device, wherein a multiplicity of wall elements can be releasably connected to one another to form a duct which has a peripheral opening. The assembly set also has a stiffening element which can be arranged such that the stiffening element connects two adjacent elements which, as seen in cross section, are each arranged adjacent to the peripheral opening. The assembly set also has a covering element which is optionally separable. When the covering element is separated, the stiffening element stiffens the peripheral opening against widening of the duct in the peripheral direction.

Abstract

The invention relates to a fume hood (1) for a laboratory space, comprising a first hollow profiled element (10, 10'), which is arranged on a front-side end face of each side wall (36) and which has a first pressure chamber (10b, 10b') having a plurality of first openings (10d, 10d'), from which air jets in the form of wall jets (100) consisting of compressed air can be output along the associated side wall (36) into the working space. The size of the first openings (10d, 10d') and the air pressure present in the first pressure chamber (10b, 10b') are selected in such a way that the first pressure chamber (10b, 10b') can be fluidically connected to a building-installed compressed-air system (74) without the occurrence of flow separation of the wall jets (100) from the side wall (36) in a region from a front side of the working space to at least 25% of the depth of the working space. The invention further relates to a fume hood, wherein such a hollow profiled element (20, 20') is arranged on a front-side end face of the bottom plate (34).
